Not so great attention. Dogwater service.
I was directed to a manager, and hoped they would be of help given their experience when dealing with a refund issue, but I was treated like an idiot with little to no credibility.
They doubted what I had to say in regards to a botched delivery (I never received the item, nor the refund) and turned me away to a different store 12 miles from this one saying it was the only store that could help me, they didn’t even bother looking into the details; the online customer support agents told me I could go to any store to discuss my issue in person, but I guess not.
Customer support weren’t of much help, either, and pretty much every agent I spoke to told me a whole different thing.
