Waited for a pickup in line and 2 employees were standing there working on something but didn't address me as to wait for a bit or they'd send someone over to help. So I stood there for about 8 minutes with 2 employees ignoring me and once I walked up to ask them a question just ignored and they walked off, and luckily a higher up came and got someone to help me out. Rude employees and no sense of courtesy towards customers. Worst location in dallas.

Hello, I had by far the worst experience with best buy today. I had bought a 48 inch LG B4 tv in January and I wanted to be a Refurbished G3. I knew I was out of the return window but I also bought a warranty as well. I spoke to a representative that told me it would be ok to return the item for store credit to help with the purchase of the other tv. This in turn made me by the G3 Fast forward to today, I went to best buy to only inspect the tv and to ensure that the exhcange could be done before I brought back the old tv, the exchanged was confirmed,but the representative in the front scanned my QR code forcing me to do the whole process today. I rushed home to get the B4 tv and came back to best buy to do the exchange, I was told that it was out of the question even though i was told by a rep on the phone and got a confirmation before I brought the tv in. I attempted to call best buy support over 6 times and they all abruptly hung up the phone on me. Sometimes they would pick up and introduce themselves and just hang up. Not only has my time been wasted but I also had to call an uber to bring the new tv home and had another car bring the old tv home. I will post this anywhere I can find, I have already gone to the BBB and I know other outlets as well, if the service was better and communication was better I would have been fine but this has left a severe bad taste in my mouth. Best buy....you need to do better.

Best Buy always have what you need, but you’re going to have to go very deep into your pocket to pay for it. A simple Samsung watch charger (the one it came with was forgotten at a hotel) cord was $42 (including taxes).
