I don't go there for the electronics, mostly now is for pokemon cards and other cards, but is always empty and when you ask the staff is like they are doing you a favor! Understandably is not a pokemon or card store but if you are selling them, the service should be the same across the departments!

They’re getting two stars instead of one because they had what I wanted to order. Every time I’ve been here this year there’s been an issue. The first time I came inside and was looking for laptops, etc.. Took me a while to find someone that I could even talk to because it seems like all the employees were avoid avoiding customers. I finally found someone and they said they were going to look for what I was asking for and they actually never came back. I waited for probably 20 minutes and then left to go buy from a different store. Today I bought a new MacBook and the curbside pick up asked you where you’re at If you’re not in one of the numbered spots. First of all, I don’t understand why the curbside pick up is all the way off on the side of the building. Nobody is looking over there for a parking spot. I described where I was at, which was about three parking spots back from the entrance door. I came inside after waiting 10 minutes because I have things to do and try to just explain to the guy that I had a curbside pick up and nobody came outside so I’m here to pick it up. He wanted to walk outside and show me where the numbered curbside spots are and ask me where I was parked and told me that it doesn’t match the description that I put in the app. He said he thought I may be went to the wrong store but here’s my thing. Do you have my email? You have my phone number and I was parked directly in front of your entrance door. If anything slightly diagonal to the left, but still in front of the store. I just feel like he more so wanted to argue then be helpful and get me checked out. There are plenty of other Best Buy to shop from, I would choose a different one. I don’t think I’ll be shopping at this location anymore. Aside from bad customer service, I didn’t make a big deal when I came inside. I just said I had a curbside pick up. Nobody came out and I wanted to pick up my order so it’s just annoying that somebody wants to argue when I wasn’t being argumentative.

Was thinking of buying the Meta Glasses display. Happened to drive 8 hours and be in the area of Dallas went in to do the demo. The meta department was full of high-school kids. The glasses barely worked, the apps weren't working, the kid showing me barely knew how they worked. At the end of it I ask if I need to decide to buy them now or later. He said I will get a QR Code that will allow me to purchase later... well I never got the QR code and I call the store to ask there is no line direct to the store and I am informed I have TO GO BACK to the store to ask for a QR code. This solidified my stance to NEVER buy the those glasses. Such a stupid process to buy glasses.
