You know what I made the choice to come to your store to buy my laptop computer. I didn’t have to come to your store. There are other places I can purchase my laptop computer. After we purchased the computer, we had a problem with it. We came back to your store to have the problem resolved, and you wanted to charge me to look at it. So we just had you exchange the computer and that computer worked fine. I’m leaving this negative review because they’re not worthy of anything better than this. The geek squad at this store and the supervisor need to go home. They are not good with people. I will never come back to your store again. Next time we will go directly to Apple to buy our computer. If you don’t want to be here and you don’t want to help people resolve their issues and make it a pleasant experience then like I said, you should just find something else to do that does not expose you personally to the public.
