I had an amazing experience with Best Buy today. I need to buy two XLR cables and the representative online said he could only find one available in Reading. However, he said that down in town had another one. And that he could get it shipped to Reading within 20 minutes.
45 minutes later, I had both cables in hand. Amazing customer service!

They are a distributor so their products are what they are.Their phone system is beyond horrible. A 7 minute wait for a simple question, and when I asked to speak to the store manager manager, it was not an option. Tried a department and the call was picked up by someone in India, who had no clue. Grim!
