Best Buy Reading

This Best Buy store has horrible management, employees who don’t care, and a gross lack of following policies. One year ago, this Best Buy store broke the transmission for our car when installing a new head unit. The car was literally stuck in their garage from their error. We had to threaten a civil suite before they refunded us and paid for the repairs. Reluctantly we attempted to purchase a new Ice Maker here today, to assist with our summer get togethers. This particular store listed the ice maker as in-stock online, when I went to the store to purchase they said it was out of stock. Wasted drive. However, when I go and check online, it STILL says it is in stock at this store. Either the employees are lying about inventory (most likely), or this store still doesn’t have accurate inventory online. Either way, the staff is immature and unhelpful, and the managers are rude. I don’t really know how anyone from Reading can support this Best Buy. If I could give zero stars I would.

Lance from Geek Squad was absolutely delightful. He helped us with our problematic laptop and went above and beyond to find the best solution for us, very pleased with outcome. He was also very knowledgeable and honest about all things. Great guy.

I was in Best Buy to replace my phone. I cracked the screen and I couldn't see anything on it even though it still worked. Dom helped me to transfer all of my stuff from my broken phone to my new phone. And unfortunately, the amount of pictures I had on my phone ended up taking the poor man four hours to get transferred! He literally never complained once. He kept a positive attitude the entire time and was talking with me and joking and making light of it. I really appreciate his excellent customer service!! Thank you Dom!

I made an order online. I went and picked it up and I probably got my item as soon as I entered. It took less than 10 minutes.
