The worst experience. I will never buy another product. Contacted the CEO through email and whomever Carlos is, he needs to be fired. No customer what so ever. I have a washer and dryer I purchased and can't even use it because he wouldn't exchange the electric dryer and I wasn't paying extra money for a gas dryer. He didn't even offer another model of the same brand that I had for the dryer. Barely reply back to emails or follow up. Now he mad cause I said I want a manager and I don't want to speak with him. Now he sent this disrespectful email talking oh now I can't return it. LI ke who does that. Trust me I will find someone higher than Carlos or COME GET YOUR WASHER AND DRYER AND RETURN MY MONEY.
