Had a complicated hardware issue with a new PC I was gifted, it not working, then another issue exchanging it due to it being marked down for Black Friday but now being hundreds of dollars more. I approached the man in the PC area, Javi, with my issue and he tried everything in his power to help, even using his expertise in PCs to direct me toward another brand since they didn’t have the one I was exchanging in stock. I was able to find another one of the same PC I originally had, online. Javi was then able to ship it to me at the discounted price it was for the Black Friday sale. His patience was admirable and I thank him for his assistance with my problem.
Went in to grab a very last minute Christmas gift and the cashier was very helpful. We discussed what I was shopping for, he asked me my budget, and bing bang boom he brought me out exactly what I was looking for. We were in and out like a stick up. Great location, not crowded and security isn’t crazy like most Best Buy’s. Now my son’s gaming system goes crazy!!

Went to call Best Buy and an AI chat bot hung up on me several times. No matter what I did it wouldn’t connect me to a live service rep. Very unprofessional, the AI chat bot would randomly just stop working as well and hang up no matter what I said or did. Why can’t I get anyone on the phone!?
