Went in to pick up one thing. In the 10 minutes I was there i was bothered by two at&t salespeople. Then at the register I they attempted to upset me 3 things. And I lost count of how many upsells I had to decline on the keypad. Enough already.

Geek Squad in Robinson had my sons Xbox for over a month, I reached out twice for status. I reached out today for them to tell me after a month I can pick up a new one. When did they realize this? I didn’t get an email or phone call like they said I would. Very frustrating! I paid a lot of money for the warranty just to go without the product for a month and 0 communication about the status 😡

Bought a 5080 graphics card from their store. Drove 2 hours round trip to pick it up just to get home & realize the factory seal was broken. The box was missing the stand & power supply cable. The cellophane wrap that usually encases the card was missing as well. They sold me a used 5080 for a brand new price & didn't even have the decency to call me back to discuss my options. Luckily online support exists. I would have never predicted a big box store to sell used items off their shelves.
