Good experience in Robinson got a battery pack and the staff was nice enough to charge before I picked it up...
They (the blue shirt guys) helped me find what I needed, but the AT&T guy wasted more than 30 minutes of my time with false promises of lowering my bill...which is easy to do if you get an inferior phone and inferior insurance replacements. I was willing to give him a chance to save me money, but it all seemed to be smoke and mirrors until we got it all evened out.
I'm in sales, and this guy replaced fact finding questions with personal assumptions, and failed to achieve a positive outcome for both of us.
He even misspoke about a non-phone product question....if you don't know, then admit it and find the answer...anything less is just a lie (making it up).
The new phone system is awful.
I had a wonderful sales experience here recently. With a young man named Cameron. He is very knowledgeable about TVs and especially sound systems. He’s definitely Best Buy’s best sales person.
Aside from Satoru Gojo, of course.
