Clean store, well staffed, easy to find products and everything is marked and displayed
Horrible company. Ordered a pickup order for the store and they didn't have it all, apparently they filled it at another store that was 45 minutes away, and I am still currently waiting on another piece of my order a week later

We came here for keyboard issues for Chromebook. Geek squad was not helpful nor capable. They said that they could not fix it, and had to ship it out to the 3rd party repair. It will cost a lot and will take more a week to 10 days. Geek Squad actually told us to go to Ubreakifix. So we did. Ubreakifix was knowledgeable and helpful. They fixed it in 10 min. Going forward, I will never come to Geek Squad anymore. I’ll just go to Ubreakifix. Way better.
