Terrible customer experience. Manager chooses to stand in front of the store and talk to the other employees while multiple lines just sit there and not move because only one person's working in each spot.
Futher when asked if he can help he gives massive attitude.
We came in because of problems with an online order and were already frustrated. Being treated like we were an convenience because we were trying to spend money has made this the last time I will ever use bestbuy. Save your money in time just shop on amazon
