Probably the biggest selection of electronics that I can think of in this area. Staff is generally helpful and the layout is easy to navigate. I recommend the geek squad membership especially on items that usually need serviced but definitely on drones. They will cover all cost if you crash your drone. Like I recently have. I started researching what it would take me to fix my DJI Air 3 myself but when I found out that the Geek Squad Membership covers all and any damage it was a no brainer to take in for them to repair. When I took it in the young guy working said that they may just refund me the purchased cost so that I can just buy a new one. I said that sounds great! What i didnt know at this time is Best Buy is completely sold out of every DJI drone across the country. So i kinda feel i was dupped a little in to giving up my DJI for a store credit card that is useless for replacing my Air 3. I almost rather have attempted the repairs myself even tho it would have cost me around 400-500$. Not sure how to feel about the situation tbh. But I feel ive be tricked by the young lad working the geek squad desk. I cant help to hear GWB saying fool me once shame on you fool me twice blah blah.

You should pay your people more than $15 an hour starting . I don’t like being constantly questioned and kind of harassed when I walk in the store . Clearly managers and the corporation pressure employees to do this to make more sales. This is why no one wants to shop at stores anymore and why Amazon and other online retailers are going to succeed and put you in the ground. As time goes on Best Buy stores are getting more empty bleak, and boring . The only reason I want to go in is to see what new technology is out and I’m just seeing less of that as time goes on. As I get older and as the years go by, there is less and less reason to go into Best Buy. Not to mention that the prices are very marked up and everything is way too expensive. Very disappointing.

You walk in & the guys r right there-Customer care is stellar! While picking up a laptop and iPad-Had the best jokes about taxes in other states-I was in & out inna zip! Great job guys!
