In my opinion, the store manager has the customer service skills of a root vegetable.
I dropped off a laptop for repairs (new hard-drive, and I spent 40 minutes speaking with Charlotte, at the end five days later a tech called me, informing me that he had no idea what to do with said (pre-paid, in store purchased product). Additionally, he also, via voicemail, the tech informed me that the cost would be $100.00 more than Charlotte had quoted to me. I was a genuine mess.
Thank goodness that Matt and Jade work at the 4801 McKnight Road 15237 zip store, they were great.
Conversely, the store manager, in my opinion, should either be dismissed or not subject himself to any member of the general public, he was indifferent by definition, from my standpoint.
Again, kudos to Matt, Jade and the Geek Squad staff. They got the job done amicably for both parties.
However, this can't be sustainable, with what I saw as a lack luster performing store manager. Feel badly for the customers and staff.
