So I'm going to write this review with some confusion in my heart and my mind. I bought a phone there on the 12th of December 24, everything was wrong with it I went back to the geek squad Bella tried her hardest but couldn't get it to work. Took the phone back today returned it and bought a new Samsung. Went over to see Bella again and she did what they do. We left. Get home to find out that you have to have a different adapter than my pixel for a Samsung which I didn't know. The phone only had half a charge and I have to go back tomorrow. So I love you Bella I do but why couldn't you have thought to tell me that I had to buy new adapters for my new phone?

Colin at best buy geek squad c3 built my son his gaming PC. He is very friendly and knowledgeable! I am brining it in for service soon and I am relieved he is there to look at it. We specifically are requesting him to look over it. I know we are in good hands w him!

Hands down the worst delivery service ever. Gave us a window of basically all day then gave us another time. Then got a call saying there gonna be late and that was 4hrs ago and I still ain't heard nothing. And it is 840pm smh. Who covers my lost wages and good forbid waiting for the phone call for rescheduling to lose another day of work. Never shopping here again and will make sure anyone I kno doesn't either. Oh and it was literally a drop off for a tv

ABSOLUTELY NEVER BUY A TV OR MONITORS from here. They will LIE straight to your face. I have spent 10,000s and more from them. IT is a complete scam just to get you to buy there stuff. I have talked to customer support call recorded they say it's covered go to the store it's not covered.
