Ninguém para atender, nem pedindo pra ser atendido
I didn't even know my phone had a warranty and the guy was thoro and I didn't have to pay cash for my new OnePlus 13. The same one I had. But I thought my warranty was up and couldn't deal with not having that phone so I went in willing to pay full price I think I only paid like 200. Tops. And that phone has computer specs. ,16+4 20GB RAM. MAKES HELLA DIFFENCE. And people are always friendly. Here's some pics from the phone 🤳📱
Keith @ (Best Buy in northeast ) station, provided excellent assistance with installing my car alarm, completing the job efficiently and effectively without any issues. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the products and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Keith's great customer service is a testament to the high standards of the Geek Squad. i would definitely go to him first if I needed anything electronically put in my car.
I requested to have someone help me regarding purchasing an item but I waited for about 15-20 mins and no one came and assisted. I felt the customer service experience there was not up to par. I’ve been to Best Buy’s in NY and NJ and have gotten much better service. After, not being provided with any assistance I ended up leaving.
In between all of that above, the one good experience I had during this visit was speaking with the AT&T rep about my account and he was very helpful and provided me with all the necessary information I needed. Also, very quick to help as well.
