The two stars are for the workers. They’re awesome. Best Buy in general though isn’t great. Not much variety on most things, prices aren’t great & no physical media to speak of. Used to be a great going here & dropping $100+ on movies every Tuesday. Now I stop by a couple times a year or so.

Girl at customer service is just always rude. I’ve caught her in a lie twice now. She refuses to help and makes her own rules when it comes to certain products. She straight out told me she’s not allowed to do online orders which I know is a lie. First time I dealt with her she just refused to do an online order for me. Said she’s not going to order anything for me. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Then she apologized and ordered what I asked for. Yet everytime I deal with her she has an attitude. Red head girl. I don’t know what her deal is. I get hesitant to even go to the customer service area when I see her there. She’s just makes it uncomfortable. There’s just better ways to talk to people. I work in customer service. We’re trained to greet people and just come off respectful and open. Easy to talk to. Besides the person who greets you at the door once you get I. It’s arms crossed attitude like don’t approach me.
