There was a younger girl at the front with shorter hair and piercings that wasn’t very helpful and dismissive with our issue. However Johnathan in the computer section was extremely helpful and respectful in solving a miscommunication issue between stores and assisted us with resolving the issue at hand. In addition the manager that assisted was helpful as well.
