Used to be a good place to buy electronics. Too notch. But over the last few years it’s gotten horrible. Nobody every around to help. You literally have to track someone down which there’s never anyone around. One day it took me 30 minutes. The price tags never match the items. I have to use my Best Buy app to scam an item to find out the price. The tags are completely unreliable. People come in there and trash everything with no respect for the store. And they never have nearly enough staff working. Idk if they are going bankrupt but they need more employees. Place it just running down. Used to be my favorite store. Very sad
Usually a line.. I get the feeling everyone who works here would quit for another job at the drop of a hat. Employees having personal conversations and leaving the registers unattended to customer service a random shopper while there is a line to use said register they walked away from. Might think about getting some self-service in your stores and just having people work shifts to overlook and over rides. Possibly a phone app similar to Walmart pay. Or a barcode scanner app where they pay directly at the product and show an e-receipt to a CS as they exit the store much like costco. I don't think customer service has ever really been great at this location. Maybe the first year, it was ever open.

Biggest joke I’ve ever heard of. You can’t just call the store to find out information. It’s all a giant call center. Apparently, Best Buy, has “too high of a call volume” for them to have anyone in store answer a phone. And when i asked for someone the phone rep told me if I wanted to know something to drive there myself. Zero customer service.

Nearly impossible to find someone to help you out on the floor. Had to ask 3 different people for help only to hear “let me call someone to help you”. Finally after 40mins waiting for this very nice young woman who was trying so hard to help everyone on the floor she gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ while the manager gets zero for their not supporting the employees on the floor.
