These jerks gave out the coins for pre ordered people for the switch 2
The whole pre game for here sucks . Ruined my time . Some people got 3 freaking coins and some didn't even pre order. Horrible service

I came in with questions about product availability, waited in line, and was told, "Just got online, we can't help you" by two members of staff.
They would not help me look up items available for pre-order. They would not check store inventory. They would not give me support other than to say, "Just go online. Our system won't show us anything."
I'm sad.
I just wanted help finding accessory items, and I got brushed off. I even offered to wait in line again to speak to the obviously more knowledgeable employee but was again told off (in polite customer service talk).
I was in the store. I waited in line patiently. I needed help looking up items and their availability.
There was one other person being helped and no one in line. The lady I asked kept turning to her co-worker, who was helping another gentleman with his small purchase.
I am really disappointed that the staff here don't even try to help. They just say, "go online".
What an absolute let down.
