Went in with my laptop and additional parts to upgrade my SSD. Helpful group was able to take care of installing into my laptop as well as additional advice. Had a good attitude and was very understanding. Would recommend coming here if you need help.
I had a very good experience at this location, Dillon was very helpful and knowledgeable with the computers there. He was very kind and answered all the questions I had. I WILL be coming back!

The store's kind of like Home Depot. Good luck finding anyone to help you. Finally Corey stopped by from the Geek Squad crew. It wasnt his job, but he helped anyway. Unfortunately the experience was insufferable after that. We used a visa that we had changed our address with. Apparently someone didnt change it right away on the bank end because our order was canceled at Best Buy. We would not have known this had I not happened to look at my email. Spent 40 minutes on the phone with a call center ( that's right, you cant get ahold of anyone at the store!) trying to use our debit card which had the correct address, but in the end we had to order the stuff all over again.
Went to pick up our items and they loaded (unbeknownst to me) a damaged TV into my car. Apparently they didnt notice the gash on the side of the box. When we opened it the screen was smashed in. I tried to call right away to let them know we had damaged goods, but again...call center in Minnesota! So the only way the call center could exchange was a delivery 3 days later. We didnt want to wait so did another hour trip to the store.
When we got to the store we told them the TV was damaged and showed them the gash on the outside. They said a manager must look at it. The manager was the worst!!! He said nothing to me other than...we'll have to look at the loading footage!...as if I was lying to him. When I got upset and explained that this has been a huge hassle and there was no way we could have caused that amount of damage through the Styrofoam, he said, "I didnt say that you damaged it." When I told him that his silence and facial expression implied it he said, very disrespectfully, that he's always had that face and didnt appreciate me assuming anything. He was very belligerent and had zero customer service skills!! I feel really sorry for the employees that have to work under that attitude day in and day out! No wonder they cant keep enough employees!!
It took him 30 minutes to process our exchange for a new TV!!! A total, start to finish of 7 hours picking out TV, talking to a call center twice, returning to the store and waiting for an exchange!!!
If it hadn't been for Ashton, the kid that helped us in the end, we would have never gone back to the store. He was courteous and friendly and actually apologized for all the inconvenience.
