As like all best buy stores forget about finding anyone to help you with what you are looking for.
Management is not better as they deny exchange of products or any reasonable help with issues of purchased products.
Sad that brick and mortar stores that customers that way, no wonder since you get better service from online retailers!

Visited geek squad 3x since I've moved to tricities. They have only had 1 worker working all three times mid day (12pm-2pm) with an over an hour wait. Very disappointing and not a good experience. Hire more people for geek squad especially middle of the day/after people get off work hours. I can understand early mornings but the worker looked stressed, was very over worked and seemed burnt out.
