About two years ago I had the worst phone purchase experience at a different store and now that I had to upgrade I was scared to do so. I went into Best Buy a little scared not knowing if they were going to help me in a nice and helpful way,but my experience at Best Buy was beyond that CLIFF made my purchase for my new iPhone the best experience cliff since the beginning asked me what kind of phone I was looking for he guided me through out the process of buying the phone in a fast way but he gave me all the information I needed and he answered all my questions, he was so friendly and professional best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time while buying a phone, thank you so much I love my new iPhone

I had made an appointment via Apple Support at geek squad for my Iphone 16 pro to be repaired since I had just got the phone in January. It was a manufacturer defect once they did a diagnostic on it. I asked if they gave a loaner phone or even replace the phone because I need my phone for work. They said they only repair phones. They asked when I needed it, and I told them by Sunday because I need it for work. I need to have my phone so I am in contact with not only my supervisor but the other employees. I dropped off my phone on a Saturday. They advised me I would get it Sunday so Sunday afternoon. I stopped in just to check on the progress and the kid behind the counter told Me that the two Apple techs Called in sick. Both apple techs at the same location called in And nobody didn’t even think about calling the number that I included at the bottom of the page of the check in sheet to let us know. My phone was not touched was not in the process of being repaired. So I asked for the phone back they said technically they don’t do that. How can you hold someone’s phone hostage is what it sounds like to me. After giving my phone back Nobody told me that I would have To have the store close out the repair ticket. Went home and contacted Apple support they tried calling the store and got hung up on. I tried calling twice and got a hold of the international call center. I just wanted to be transferred to an agent at the store in my location. Couldn’t even get that. So now I have to go back into the store after I said, I did not and will not come back to the store just to have them close out the ticket so I can get my phone replaced or repaired at the Apple Store
