Best Buy Geek Squad Kennewick WA has changed for the worse. I purchased additional storage and scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance for Saturday. On Saturday, they called to say I needed to reschedule until the end of March. I declined, and they then informed me that someone would come on February 28.
I waited from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., made numerous calls, and left messages with no response. Finally, I went to the store, canceled my appointment, and requested a refund so I could seek help elsewhere for my computer issues. The Geek Squad was very unprofessional. Don't rely on Geek Squad in Kennewick WA
