Great selection,Great people who are smart and knowledgeable about there many products but expensive....I bought a beautiful Samsug Tablet, The sad thing is not many stores are selling the bigger and newer Samsung Tablets,You know the $650 or the $1000 with both WiFi and Cellular, I wanted to buy the Samsung with the WiFi and Cellular but Because I am inpatient i did not want to wait,so I spent the 650 on WiFi only.....

First and last time ordering electronic from best buy Over $2000.00 dollars and no communication Over a wk since I ordered Also my delivery window ended Over 3 hrs ago and still nothing! Unbelievable.. who knows when if ever I'll receive my delivery.. they won't let me cancel and can't get threw to anyone on the phone no updates no calls no messages no emails ... I spent Over $2000.00 DOLLARS!!! and this is how they treat me ... I'd take this into consideration before you buy anything from best buy

called ahead of time to make sure the appointment would be all set, drove an hour to the store, and then was told their “apple guy” wasn’t in today.
