How do I check product availability at the Concord Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Concord Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

This place is like the twilight zone. Just left without my Macbook Pro after waiting over a half hour for someone to have them say they can't price match shipped from and sold by Amazon or Walmart products with the explination that they can't double discount a product??? So because your discount isn't as low as Amazon or Walmart you're trying to confuse your consumer by saying you can't double discount the product. What you actually tried to do was rope me into your yearly best buy coverage crap for 179 that reduced the price $100 and it still wasn't below the price match of Amazon and Walmart. That's super shady and I'd say even boardline fraudulent trying to rope people in like that. Next brink in mortar to go bankrupt. Circuit City 2.0. By the way best price on a Macbook pro is Costco ($50 cheaper than Amazon or Walmart and $150 cheaper than bestbuy) which i didn't want to order through or have them match against due to it being a club store but looks like them Amazon and Walmart ( How? ) are better than this specific Best Buy.

For being located in the state capital you'd think this store would be a bit nicer but there's nothing special about it and honestly it's worth driving 25 minutes south to go to the Manchester location. 3/10

Absolutely horrible service. My mother had bought me a remote start for my car that is required to be installed by Best Buy. Took the car out in the middle of a snowstorm to get it installed only to have them turn away service because my car was not vacuumed out and now they are telling me I am required to wait another month and a half because their guy doesn't want to work in the middle of a storm. If you ever want to install something on your car such as a remote start or a dash cam, do NOT use Best Buy for this.

I have called every number that is connected to my Best Buy credit card to no avail. The automated system does not give you a way to talk to anyone about canceling a Best Buy credit card.
