Terrible customer service in-store. Even though the number of employees chatting with each other outnumbered the customers in the whole store, I couldn't get any help. Not going back, and not shopping bestbuy.com.

I had to take my phone in because I messed up on some of the settings and it took them a bit but they fixed it and didn't even charge me I was freaking amazed ‼️😳🤪
