This place use to be descent but my experiences are getting worse and worse. Went in to try and get a computer repaired. I went to ask the girls in the front a check out where to go in the store. Walked up and they were both scrolling Facebook. After a few seconds they looked up and noticed me there. The girl I was speaking with told me Geek Squad would not repair my laptop if it weren’t under warranty. Then the other girl said go over to Geek Squad they will help you. Then went rt back to playing in their phones! . Geek squad then told me to go back over to check out and make an appointment! Nope. After spending several thousand dollars there over the past few years. I will not be back. I’m sure they won’t miss the money. They apparently make plenty.Just for the info. It was the girl on the rt hand side while facing them. Brown hair. They work at check out. Very short and her attitude was horrible. This was around 10:30 am on Wednesday 4/22/26

Paid almost $1000 for tv and for them to mount it. My husband took off work Friday April 17th. Waited all day called multiple times. Never showed up. My mother is moving in with us in that room this coming Monday. Monday will be her first day of chemotherapy. She is not going to want people in her room when she is recovering and sick installing a tv. We will be coming to the local location today to speak with a real person. Because trying to call you just get AI
