Best buy has to be the most expensive place to buy pretty much anything they offer
Met at the door, the young lady was friendly with a sense of humor, directed us to the area we needed. No one freaked out when we tested the speaker PA system we were considering.
Store is laid out and maintained well.
We went to the dept we needed, asked a few basic questions about an item we were ready to buy, and were referred to three different people. We ended up finding what we wanted by ourselves, and then asked two different reps if they could check to see if the item was in stock. After 20 minutes of no response we left the store... And then ordered online. From the big A.
I really don't like showcasing, and would rather give a local company my business... But it's not worth wasting time waiting on no response. This took 30 minutes and we walked out empty-handed.
The store provides a pleasant shopping environment. Hopefully next time someone can actually help us spend our money there.
Someone please give Erica a vacation. She’s obviously overworked. She’s rude to customers, not to mention the little girl that was at the service desk with her. The stress is taking a toll on her, and it shows in her interactions.
Everyone deserves a break, especially someone like Erica, who puts in so much effort and care into her work. A few days away could help her recharge and return with the positivity that we all appreciate. Perhaps a weekend getaway or even a simple staycation could do wonders. It’s time for Erica to unwind…
