I recently purchased a new dishwasher from BEST BUY in Longview. Because I live quite a distance from the store, I enjoy making my purchases online and having them delivered. On delivery day, Patrick, the driver, called me to give me the ETA and they were right on time! These two guys define the word "teamwork" as they carefully unloaded the dishwasher and maneuvered it into the house with great precision! They were friendly, courteous and professional. I sincerely appreciate their care and look forward to using my new appliance! Thanks BEST BUY, for great products, prices and team members that care!

I placed an order on February 22, 2025 for a Samsung stove to be delivered. My date of delivery/installation was for today, March 22, 2025 between 7AM-7PM. So yes, a month of patiently waiting. Around 5:45PM I reached out to chat support for an update, & they confirmed that the delivery should be here by 7PM. 7PM rolls around.. I call numerous numbers & finally got an agent on the line, and was told that there was a lack of available delivery drivers and will need to reschedule. What a waste of time/day! Horrible customer service, lacked communication & professionalism. Extremely inconvenienced & frustrated, so i DO NOT recommend this business.
