I went to return my cable Internet that I bought 20 days ago at the store because it was too long or exchange for short one. They said “ you can not returns or exchange after 15 day” . I am very disappointed. I have been shopping with Best Buy for over 20 years. Walmart accepts returns 30 days. Be aware when you are buying stuff at Best Buy. They want me to update to membership plus cost $50 to able to return or exchange for 60 days. I said no. I guess I’ll be shopping more at Walmart.
