Very rude ! No one wants to help you or even check you out. When they do check you out they huff. I’ll never go back to this location.

So yes, yesterday was my son’s birthday and I decided to drive from Marshall tx to Best Buy in Longview tx That lady at the front desk was rude. I was talking to her and she didn’t even acknowledge me so I just paid for my stuff and left the damn store. This is disgusting. I spen 600 on some Apple headphones and the customer service is horrible like I’m not asking for anything and the only reason I went up there because it was my son’s birthday and I had to buy him the headphones. You’re rude. I will never be back in I will continue buying an online. It’s better than having rude faces and ugly faces. Look at me when I’m just there to spend money. Disgusting.

Not the best CS.... Had to search and find what we needed without anyone to offer help... yes I could have asked, but the store was slow, and csr just standing around talking... 🤷🏼‍♀️

When you call the local number. You don't get the store . You get a call center and they can't even connect you to the store .Why does the store have phones if you can use them?
