Definitely go the extra distance and go to this Best Buy definitely one of the better ones to go to. Had a problem at another store took my pc here to have them check it over and fix the overheating issue and they did awesome and the staff was way more knowledgeable and helpful than the other store.

This store sold me a laptop that out of the box had a defective network card. I went to geek squad who initially said I did not have a warranty. Thankfully another employee arrived and said that I do. He had the laptop sent to their repair center who sent it back saying that there are no issues with the item. I went back to geek squad to express that the network card was still defective. Geek squad effectively told me that nothing can be done. I called Best Buy customer service who asked me why I am even dealing this this Greensburg store as they have no idea what they are talking about. I contacted Lenovo and they repaired the laptop in a week. It is working great. DO NOT bother going to the Greensburg store. They lacked knowledge and just continually say the device needs "updates". You will spend hours upon hours waiting for the same "updates" at each visit. Even worse, they believe that you ought to just accept the item as defective. Both geek squad and Best Buy employees are rude, condescending, and uneducated in the products they are selling. I asked to speak to the manager and I watched the employee talk to the manager who sent a different employee to address me on 2 occasions. The manager apparently refuses to speak directly to customers. I will not buy anything from Best Buy ever again because of the experience that I had purchasing at this store. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this store for any reason whatsoever. Save yourself and go somewhere else, anywhere! Also, You cannot speak to anyone in the store when you call...ever....
