This is the WORST Best Buy I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I tried to buy an open box laptop that was priced at $244 and when we went to the pay for the laptop it was priced at over $300. The price tag on box had the correct SKU number and model number and the managers wouldn’t honor the price they set it at. Very disappointed with the service and wish to never shop there AGAIN! Will be buying my laptop ELSEWHERE!
This store is poorly managed due to their failure to honor the price listed on the price tag, essentially engaging in false advertisement. They keep insisting that it rings up at a different price, and nothing can be done about it.
I brought my iPhone 13 Pro to this Best Buy for a battery replacement through Geek Squad. During the repair, the battery caught fire and the phone was damaged. I was given a loaner phone that doesn’t work with my carrier, so I haven’t had a usable phone since Sunday. I was told a replacement phone would be ordered, but I haven’t received any updates or emails. I live an hour away and there’s no way to reach the store directly by phone — the automated system sends me to national support, which hasn’t helped. I just want to know the status of my replacement and get a working phone in the meantime.
