Best Buy Greensburg

The store has a lot of Glass on the front. And the interior is well lit. Stores atmospheric is nice. There seems to be more employees ready to help than there are shoppers. I was greeted at the door and asked what I needed help with. Then directed to the section of the store where I can find what I was looking for. Play store employee, a young lady, approached me asked me if she could help and offered many helpful suggestions to a decision I was struggling with. Great experience and interaction with the staff.

Alright, yesterday I was not pleased. I don't complain but I will be honest. The service I had was horrible. I went into the store because they had a good deal for a computer. Of course my friend drove me 40 minutes to get the machine because it wasn't in stock at the monroeville store. All I wanted to do was simply buy a computer that was on sale. The person I had I felt uneasy and anxious with trying to talk me into buying a more expensive one that did not meet my needs. Then proceeds to jag my friend for buying wired headsets for her phone. Claiming she had the wrong port of headsets in the first place but I think my friend knows her own phone port type... if I didn't need this computer I would have left the store. I was highly upset with the whole experience and surely makes me not want to step into the doors again. Not for a LONG TIME! Further more the app is horrible too..try using that as well and lagging like crazy.

Great experience, quick in and out

Even tho the power went out as soon as we got there to grab our tv, the staff kept us updated and had our tv in our car with in an hour. Great customer service and good deals. Love our 58 inch!
