First visit was pleasant and filled with smiles and what I thought was help.
The help was lies to make a sale. I can't put the full blame on Haley but theres a white boy with lollipop guild looking haircut who answered my question twice with false information. (Made sure he ran into the back too when we brought the merchandise back.)
A Amd 7 ryzen 8700F could never dream of hitting 360 fps on fortnite. I even lowered my res and it was bottle necked at 240. So I wasted 45 minutes buying it and 45 minutes refunding it in travel time. Instead of offering to upgrade my cpu and add another ram stick, or even give me the prebuilt that was combatable with my monitor, they said they could just return it.
MORAL OF THE STORY.
When it comes to greensburg Best Buy the only thing they care about is making that sale. If it means lying to you, hounding you, scamming you, the smiles and offerings are just tactics to open your wallet.
Know what you want before you go in and don't talk to anyone but the check out counter.
The products are great, the service is fake.
