The guy at the register was rude and unprofessional. I can't even say he was having a bad day because it was early morning. He just didn't want to work that day, I guess.

Needed a ring solar panel...
Thank you best buy for listing a product you knew you didn't have for sale. Double thank you for pushing memberships onto customers under the guise it would help with said purchase. And finally a triple thank you to knowing thousands of customers would be spending many hours sitting refreshing the product page for you to change the item from "Coming soon" to "Sold out" without it ever having went up for sale after 14 1/2 hours. Customer service uses broken English, repeatedly copy-pastes irrelevant responses to questions, and clearly has no connection to anyone within the company. Worst experience I've ever had trying to buy something (Edit: Apparently even though the product was listed as ONLINE ONLY with no preorders available, the assholes pre-sold to retailers using the stock they had that should have gone to everyday customers, pathetic) (Thanks Ruby, I reached out on X and the support person keeps asking if I'd like to document the situation or need help with something even though you clearly said YOU would like to document the situation and for ME to reach out. I mean seriously, is this a joke?)
