I bought a Samsung brand Tablet from here a few months ago and I specifically told the seller that I wanted a tablet with a sim card. He said he could give me a tablet with a SIM card for a slightly higher price. When I wanted to insert a SIM card into the tablet I bought today, I found out that there was no SIM card inserted. I saw that the SIM card was not inserted and this was a big disappointment for me. I bought this tablet for nothing and they made me pay extra money, very unprofessional staff and a big disappointment for me. Best Buy

Staff helped look up alternative models and answer questions about availability so I could choose the best fit for my needs, cost, and timing. Wish there was a bigger selection of budget models, and that a little more attention was paid to how things are labeled, and putting prices on every box, but all in all, a productive trip, and in and out fairly quickly. Plenty of parking.
