The in-store service is friendly and helpful. But when I ordered a laptop with them, it got delayed indefinitely and I had to cancel. Had I know this would happen, I would've just gone somewhere else.

We called the Watertown store looking for replacement cushions for our Yardbird patio furniture. We weren’t sure we’d be able to find what we needed, but Rene exceeded our expectations. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through all of our options until we found exactly what we were looking for. His outstanding customer service made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.
