On a visit to the Geet Squad in Watertown the fellow answered all my questions in about 3 minutes! Totally worth the trip!
Best Buy has an awesome selection of electronics and TVs, and it is great to see products in person. However, finding an available floor employee to answer technical questions takes a long time. The checkout lines are also consistently slow. It is a decent store if you already know what you want.
I went to get a scooter that the website said they had. They could not find it and did not have it when I needed it the following day. The employees were nice but stock seems to be disorganized and spread around all over the place.
