I purchased a new 65 inch Sansung tv online and picked it up in store 1 hour later. The purchase and pickup was fine, however when I arrived at home and opened the box, the power cord, etc was missing. I called the store and after verification, advised me to come in for an exchange. I arrived 12 minutes later... and, instead of getting proper assistance, I was questioned several times about whether I was sure that the power cord was missing...after additional verifications, there wasn't an apology for my inconvenience...I left the store with a full refund and frustration. I won't spend my money at this location again. I felt like no one really cared. And for that...I'm sure that they won't care about my money being spent elsewhere.
