I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy. I went in for help with the installation of a car starter, and the staff made no effort to assist me. Instead of providing guidance or offering a solution, they simply brushed me off. I came expecting professional service and support, but I left feeling ignored and frustrated. If Best Buy advertises services like this, they should stand by them and make sure customers get the help they need. Definitely not the level of customer care I expected. And the manager didn’t help me at all and he was so silly with me his name is mike

I had an appointment made by apple support, and I called for store location and told the person who answered the phone that I had a appointment and he side that I didn’t have any appointment and he could make one for me very disappointed.
