This is more so BEST BUY in general and not this store. But my order originated from this store. BEST BUY sucks in customer service, scripted chat gpt replies from the agents, no true empathy to customer worries, poor delivery promises, no additional discount for inconvenience- not my money spending here anymore.

I ordered a TV during Black Friday. I didn’t realize i had to pick it up by December 3rd, I thought the app said December 4th. At 12:01AM, I received an email that the order was cancelled. I called the store, but was redirected to customer service, where they said I should go to the physical store, and they would likely reverse the cancellation for me. I traveled to the store, and they first said “oh, if you ordered on Black Friday, the order should still be available. Let me scan your barcode”. They manager scanned my code, acted all upbeat, like he was going to be able to get the order back for me, but after waiting 4 or 5 minutes, his tone changed, and he said “oh, it says here that you received an email on November 30th reminding you to pick the TV up. Oh, today is the 4th, ye son should have picked up yesterday. Do you want to look at something else?” He wouldn’t reverse the order, like customer service on the phone said he would. I would have to pay $130 extra to order the same TV now. What the hell kind of awful customer service is that? The really sad part is that I was looking at the Switch 2, to buy for my nephews, but after this manager faked me out and told me that he couldn’t help me, no, you won’t get my business any longer.

I am a very happy customer. I recently went to purchase a laptop, and Charles helped me. He showed me options based on my needs and specifications, and he was patient and very professional. Later, Scott assisted me with the trade-in of my old laptop. I truly appreciate both of them for making the whole process easy. Great service by Best Buy!
