How do I check product availability at the Columbia Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

The team members at Best Buy were great! I got asked immediately if I needed help with anything and it was very helpful. The Geek Squad guys are also always great--usually people only come to the Geek Squad with problems, so it's wonderful to see how excited and nice they are at customers. Shout out to Daniel who made my day by helping me with my computer at the Geek Squad desk!

I bought a Pioneer - 6.8" Android Auto radio less than a year ago and I have had to take it in on 5 different occasions to have it fixed.
The 2nd to last time, they claimed it was a bad wire and charged me $100 to fix it even though I had bought the extended warranty. Then I had to take it back to the store because the guy left wires hanging out of the bottom of the car by the petals and didn't put the part of the dash back the way it was. The guy yelled at me on the phone claiming he "didn't do that" and that it was "perfect when I left". I called him out on his lie and once he saw it in person he never apologized or admitted he was wrong.
NOW it's not working again at all and I am going to have to take it back a 6th time (the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks)
