How do I check product availability at the Columbia Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Love the in store assistance, despise the automated chat bot you get when you try to call. No option to talk to a human... it does not even accept the phrase "Talk to a human" when they ask you what you need. Very frustrating.

I contacted the store Manager Mark and told him what I needed. He sent a quote for 2 TVs with install. I scheduled my install in Jefferson City MO . The Geek Squad took over from there. They had excellent communication with me before the install and after. Great Job Team Best Buy!! Highly recommend them!!
