How do I check product availability at the Victoria Best Buy?

Went recently and was window shopping for a perfect gift. Ruby is a rude employee such a bad attitude treats her coworkers so horrible. I left and went to Target. Just not a good look on Best Buy. So disappointed with management cause it's not something she hides.

They gave me a duplicate receipt and I can’t get tax back. They also send me an email receipt it’s also duplicate. It cost me 50 dollars in tax returns. Worse experience ever.
