I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy. From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt completely lacking. Staff members were either unavailable or uninterested in helping, and when I finally got assistance, the responses were vague and unhelpful. It seemed like no one had proper knowledge about the products they were selling.
The store itself was disorganized, with items misplaced and shelves not properly stocked. I spent a lot of time trying to find what I needed, only to realize it was either out of stock or incorrectly labeled. Prices were also inconsistent, and I had to double-check everything at checkout, which added to the frustration.
What made the experience worse was the checkout process. It was slow, understaffed, and inefficient. Even simple questions about warranties or returns were met with unclear answers, making me feel like my concerns didn’t matter at all.
Overall, the experience felt like a waste of time. Poor customer service, lack of organization, and unprofessional staff made this visit extremely frustrating. I expected much better from a well-known store, but unfortunately, it did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this location and will think twice before returning.
I did not have a good experience with best buy and The Greek squad on my computer! Had planned on purchasing TV and ring camera! Guess I dodged a bullet on that one. Cause what your told isn't what they do!

Givan, as a Geek Squad Technician, was one of the most helpful individuals I’ve ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out.
In addition, Matt, Maura, and Kayla all contributed to a seamless and positive experience. Each of them was friendly, attentive, and supportive, creating a team environment that made the visit easy and stress-free.
Because of this team, my experience was not only smooth but genuinely impressive. It’s clear that this location values strong customer service, and these employees represent that exceptionally well.
