I had an excellent experience with Ruby at Best Buy in Victoria, Texas. Ruby was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about the TCL QM6K and TCL QM7K smart TVs. Every question I asked, Ruby answered clearly and confidently. Ruby was very kind, respectful, passionate about helping customers, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process.
I also asked Ruby about printers, and once again Ruby was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining my options. I really enjoyed my visit Sunday morning because Ruby took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase.
I ended up buying two TVs—the TCL QM6K and the TCL QM7K. The QM7K had to be ordered, and Ruby helped me place the order without any problems. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to Ruby’s help.
If I can’t get my old HP printer hooked up to my new internet, I will definitely come back to Best Buy and buy a new printer from Ruby. Thank you, Ruby, for the outstanding customer service

I bought 2 air conditioners from best in Victoria Texas a month ago. Best buy sent me a email saying when they would be delivered by fedex not them. When they delivered them we put one in the window turned it on a terrible perfume came out of the air conditioner. I called them they picked up the air conditioner that was defected. That was a week ago i called this last week to be informed they could not find it. Finally i received a tracking number from fedex. Yesterday the tracking system said it was in Arkansas headed to Kentucky. Today that air conditioner was delivered back to my house. I returned it again. I called Best Buy in Victoria texas. I was on hold for 45 minutes just to be told a supervisor would call be back. I still have not heard from anyone. I finally received my refund 3 weeks later. I have went through so many obstacles to return this item. I will never buy another thing from this store. I now have to find another air conditioner after a month long very aggravating journey.
