I went into the store to take in my laptop. I got scammed on an email that froze up my entire computer and also infiltrated my personal information that required me to make bank account changes and such. I believe the initial techs name, that helped me at the Geek Squad, was Deonte' After leaving my co.puter to get "cleaned" I walked the store floor looking for some outdoor speakers. I was helped by staffman Trace who was very knowledgeable and new his products well. He informed me of many options which I appreciated. The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly and parking is ample. The store location is very easy to get to. I've never had a disapointing experience at this store.

Could not get any help, and as a senior citizen, I was lost trying to get help on a technical question. Won't be back!

Went in to see about a printer, I was told where they were and some one would come help me . Waited 44 minutes, never saw anyone, so I left. My time is important to me, I waited 15 minutes too long
