Nice store but the people asking if you need help on the way in has the 1970 northern ireland vibe crossing borders

Had a refrigerator delivered and set up they unboxed left trash in my garbage can in the basement. Left plastic tape and foam inside the refrigerator.There was dirt all over my stairs. Never buying anything again from best buy. Couldn't even set up a refrigerator right?Wasn't even level, had the level it myself i called and complained, which was an hour long phone call!!!! And they offered me twenty dollars in a gift card. Didn't even cover delivery and set up fee.These people are on real!!! Yeah, like I go back and spend money in that place.Never again!!!! Guess what best buy?You're not the only one that sells appliances canceling my credit card after this post!!

This SPECIFIC Best Buy location has made me a shell of a man. I used to fear nothing but death... until I came in contact with a man by the name of "Logan". He looked at me with an evil glint in his eye, and beckoned out "how may I help you?" even though I was standing right in front of him (maybe 3in away from kissing). I told him I needed help buying a right headlight for a 1987 Saturn. He told me, and I quote "We don't sell car headlights here sir" EVEN THOUGH I had been on the phone not even an hour earlier with a man named Joshua (HEAVY Indian accent, but I knew he must've been American by the name) who told me that Best Buy has it if I can think of it. Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY distraught, but I kept pushing forward in order to fix my stunning 1987 Saturn. It was at this moment when I felt it. It creeped up on me like the winters first cold bite. He grabbed me by BOTH arms and spun me in a WWE Smackdown position. I hit the floor and slowly drifted into a forced sleep. When I woke, it had been 3 years. I missed the birth of my daughter, and the chance to salvage my previous marriage.

I am never in my life seen such horrible service. First 45 minutes of waiting in line at a desk then being told that I have to have it looked at by The geek squad, which because they've had appointments I might have to wait as long as it takes. At this point I don't give a crap about the $200 for the TV. So I go to look for a new one. And I can't find a single worker in the entire area. I mean how does this store stay in business? Upper management might want to consider who's running the store
