John from geek squad gave amazing service really friendly and helpful
Went in today to replace a faulty part, they of course didn't have it in stock. The young man that assisted me had no knowledge of the part, and tried to sell me a similar item, when I tried to open the box to verify the connection was the same he told me they didn't allow packages to be opened, I continued to try to open the box, he then said since you tore the package you have to buy it. If it wasn't correct I could return it. I threw the box in the floor and went to the cashier and got a refund. Found the same item on Amazon for cheaper. Please don't whine about brick and mortar stores not surviving when they have NO CLUE what customer service is
Called support to confirm midnight release of Legends ZA. They said yes, I preordered. I went yesterday and was told no, come back at 8am. At 8am they were still closed. Came back at 11am (couldn't make 10 because of work). Did not get the preorder bonus. Called support and they said they couldn't help. Couldn't offer anything. I'm so disappointed and will not be preordering from Best Buy again.
