SCAMMERS, BUYERS BEWARE IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS, I WOULD. ME AND MY WIFE BOUGHT A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR HERE 3 YEARS AGO, THE ONE THAT YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE THE GLASS PANELS, WE PAID EXTRA FOR THESE 4 PANELS. $400 TO BE EXACT, WE DECIDED TO GO WITH A BLACK AND WHITE CHECKERED PATTERN, WELL WHEN THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP TO DELIVER AND INSTALL THEM, THEY NEVER BROUGHT THE BOTTOM WHITE PANEL (APPARENTLY ITS BEEN SOLD OUT FOR 3 YEARS) WE HAVE CALLED AND CALLED OVER 200 TIMES OVER THE 3 YEARS, AND HAVE BEEN LIED TO, GIVEN THE RUN AROUND AND COMPLETELY IGNORED.. SO A COUPLE DAYS AGO I FINALLY WAS IN THAT AREA AND DECIDED TO GO IN PERSON TO SPEAK WITH JEROME THE GM (OF COURSE HE WAS NOT THERE) SO THEY HAVE SOME YOUNG KID TRYING TO HELP ME OUT (VERY NICE KID, BUT I HAD TO TELL HIM HOW TO DO HIS JOB) THEY PROCEED TO TELL ME THAT WHITE PANEL IS SOLD OUT AND HAS BEEN EVER SINCE WE BOUGHT THE FRIDGE.. SO I SAID OKAY, ORDER ME A BLACK BOTTOM PANEL AND BLACK TOP PANEL THEN TO COMPENSATE/RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. HE THE CONTINUES TO TELL ME THAT HE CAN NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR THE PANELS I NEVER RECEIVED (BUT PAID FOR) PER THEIR 15 DAY RETURN POLICY. MY REBUTTAL WAS “HOW CAN THERE BE A 15 DAY RETURN POLICY ON AN ITEM THAT I NEVER EVER RECEIVED, THEREFOR VOIDING HIS 15 DAY RETURN POLICY SINCE ITS NOT A RETURN. HE TELLS ME SINCE ITS BEEN 3 YEARS THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I HAD TO LITERALLY EXPLAIN THE LAW TO HIM REGARDING LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTS AND POLICIES SUCH AS A RECEIPT, AND HE DID HIS BEST TO HAVE A BLACK HOTTOM PANEL SENT OUT TO MY HOME. I TOLD HIM THAT HES GOING TO HAVE TO ORDER ME A TOP BLACK PANEL AS WELL, AND HE CONTINUED TO TELL ME THATS OUT HIS CONTROL AND TO SPEAK WITH JEROME ABOUT IT, WELL THE BOTTM PANEL CAME TODAY (THEY DID NOT INSTALL IT, WHICH I PAID FOR) I SPOKE WITH JEROME AND TOLD HIM THEY NEED TO COME BACK WITH A BLACK TOP PANEL AND INSTALL BOTH LIKE ORIGINALLY AGREED. AND HE HAS YET TO CALL ME OR TEXT ME BACK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. I AM A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF AND I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE \ UNPROFESSIONALISM

Thank goodness for Geek Squad. Jose and Chris came to our home for a Networked Audio Device Setup we couldn't figure out on our own. They solved the issue quickly and made sure we could operate the system ourselves before they left. Very friendly and thorough, well worth the price. Thank you Jose, Chris and Geek Squad!
