The associate erased my phone completely when they only needed to remove device. No apologies or rectifications from the associate or manager, only tried to prove to me that they were right. Luckily, the geek squad supervisor helped me out. Don’t do trade ins here or purchase, it’s a complete waste of time and most don’t seem to be familiar with technology anymore.
I just left your store . After waiting 15 minutes I finally get help in tvs this employee answered my questions while munching on an apple and drinking a coke not only is this rude it's totally disgusting. I will be finding another store in the future. What happened to this store? Usually better than this.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company took my $3,000 for a frame TV, never delivered it, and still claim they delivered it to my household. No proof of delivery, etc.. they won’t rectify the issue, call me back, or help me in any way. I lost serious money from this store. I would not recommend ever doing business with them.
