Worst store around STAY AWAY FROM THIS BEST BUY!!!! They lost a 1500 sale because they wouldn't honor the price THEY advertised online...MANAGEMENT said they would rather me buy the computer somewhere else instead of matching Best Buy's advertisement online!!! Even without this experience...the staff was extremely pushy and lacked knowledge ( or didn't care) in most of the products they offer!!!! The only thing they care about is PUSHING me to purchase the geek squad plan... obviously they receive something for selling it!!! I have a few family members who have their geek squad plan and they WILL NOT be continuing with that service!!! STAY AWAY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE PEOPLE CARE AND ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ARE RESPECTABLE!!!
Buyer beware!
Been a loyal customer for years. Had multiple issues with my last two purchases. Customer service here is non existent and frankly incompetent. Never again!

G. Perez was the most unhelpful associate I’ve ever dealt with. When I asked about an item’s availability, he immediately said it was sold out without even checking. I then noticed multiple of the same item stacked right behind him at the customer service desk. When I pointed this out, instead of correcting the mistake, he responded with attitude. This kind of behavior shows laziness and poor customer service, and it left me very disappointed with the experience.
