I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a microwave on March 19 with a confirmed delivery date of March 31, which aligned perfectly with our home remodel schedule. Today, March 30th, just one day before delivery. I was informed that the delivery has now been pushed to mid-April. This last-minute change is completely unacceptable. We have contractors scheduled this week to install all of our appliances and complete the final touches of our remodel. Because of this delay, we are now facing added stress, disruptions to our timeline, and potential additional expenses to have contractors return at a later date. There was no proactive communication, no reasonable notice, and no consideration for the impact this delay would have on our project. When you’re in the middle of a remodel, timing is everything and this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better reliability and customer service. This has been a major inconvenience, and I would strongly reconsider purchasing appliances here in the future.

Ask for help and the guy just keeps on walking and ignored the other group of people that also asked for help. No one else around to help. Pathetic customer service and severe lack of staff apparently.

We scheduled an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement and drove an hour (each way) to this store to have the repair done. When we got there, they did not have the battery. The Geek Squad wanted us to (1) pay for a battery ahead of time; (2) drive an hour back home; (3) make ANOTHER appointment; (4) and take yet another TWO HOUR round trip back to the store when (or if!) the battery arrived. The store manager--who was well-versed in double-speak--made numerous and wide-ranging excuses for the store's failure to replace our phone battery. In the end, however, he proved to be well-trained in the role of managing a failed business model. We walked out of the store and decided to take our business elsewhere. Reply to yours: Nonetheless, your manager, Andre, did nothing--zero, zilch, nada--to rectify the "inconvenience" as you call it--while we were there. Your "solutions" read as an additional attempt to put a bandaid on a failed business model. Facebook? Really? The path to (eventual) satisfaction leads away from your entry door.
