Una tienda tan grande y no tiene un control de los pagos efectuados,cuando vas a pagar un producto que tiene cuotas te sale en la máquina el saldo principal no la cantidad que debes de pagar ni lo que debes,hay que llamar a un número para que te digan lo que debes exactamente,el usuario tiene que estar claro de lo que debe porque si no terminas pagando más de lo usual por eso no estoy satisfecha con el servicio

Don’t buy from Best Buy in Sanford, I am a business Owner purchase Six headsets for my staff, One headset number open, attempted to return with receipt, and I was told that I would have to buy a membership in order to return the device, Told them that I was not interested in their membership, And they insisted that I purchased the membership, spoke to the store manager And he proceeded to Explain to me how beneficial the membership would be, I told him that I just needed to Exchange This headset for a similar one that would better fit my staff. I was told that they had a 14 day window unless I purchase a membership then they could return it, I was not about to purchase a $50 membership to Exchange a $70 headset that Had never been opened, Plus, I had to go to Gainesville to pick these up because they did not have them in stock Originally, The manager was held down on selling his membership. I’m not sure what type of incentive the staff get or what quote or contest they are involved in.. At the end of the day, I took the headset not worth my time or trouble dealing with Staff that is more focus on selling memberships than Retaining loyal clientele!
