I will never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again. The first one I received didn't work, they brought out a second one, wanted to sell me hoses, which I refused because the ones I had were brand new, then he ran out the door. Found out he said I was cussing at him but I have video proof that I wasn't. Left with new washer and refused to take broken washer. It took several phone calls just to find out I cussed at him (when I didn't) and can't schedule a pick up for broken machine for 24 hours. Scrappy service all around. Still waiting on a manager to call me back, what a joke!!!

My computer was having some issues so I had to drop off to Geek Squad. Great group of people and I got my computer back in a few days!
I drove about two hours south for a dream TV I had purchased. Show up.!sold from under me.
Doing the same today- I will change review stats and update the review after.
Renting a truck and friends for a day isn’t cheap.
These mistakes shouldn’t happen at big box stores. I have plenty of proof and evidence with screenshots and all.
