Closed before 9 even though the store closed at 9. However Apple Maps said they close at 10. Very annoyed
Went in to buy an $800 TV. The TV wasn't displaying a demo video. I asked for assistance as was told "doesn't look like it's playing video right now sorry" and left. I'll take my purchase elsewhere. Appreciate the help guys

Hello Eden Prairie Best Buy, I visited your store to pick up my new TV. Upon entering, I was greeted by Joe, he kindly directed me to the pickup counter where I was greeted by Marcus. My order was placed under my wife and after locating my order Marcus informed me it was not yet ready, but he would expedite it and get it ready as soon as possible. While I was waiting, I asked Marcus some questions about the TV and after answering he asked me where I was putting the TV which is in our basement. He then asked me if he could show me another option from Sony which might better fit my needs, of course I agreed. He showed me a Sony TV which is better for darker rooms than what I ordered which is a great fit for our basement. I am taking the time to write this review because your employee took the time to answer my questions, recommend a different TV than what I already paid for, and exceeded my expectations. Marcus said I might get a survey in my email which I didn’t but also mentioned a Google review, I would give the Eden Prairie Best Buy 5 Stars 10 Times! Fantastic employees and customer service, I will be sending everyone I know here to buy their technology.
Associates and management were helpful resolving a technical issue during order pickup. Highly recommend 10/10
