Purchased a stereo system from BB which they installed. It stopped working within a year. It was going in and out and I didn't like the wires that were hanging and visible. I took in back in and they said they "fixed it". It reverted back to going out after every day. I guess I shouldn't have purchased a car audio system from a television company.. audio is not their specialty. I will now purchase an audio system from an audio company that specializes in installing car audio systems. I wasted my money with Best Buy and haven't used my Best Buy credit card since this happened. DON'T BUY AUDIO CAR SYSTEM.

I was kinda nostalgic seeing a brick and mortar Best Buy, but it's a bummer that they don't carry blu-ray video anymore.
