This non personal tactic of sending calls overseas instead of being able to reach someone at an actual location is sad and shameful. When has been too much for people to be able to answer calls at a store that sells electronics? Best Buy probably will stay in business for a very long while but this will be my last purchase through them.

I called the Fairfield store and got AI. I was given instructions to by pass the AI from the geek squad. It didn't work. They sent me to customer support not at the store. How do I reach Fairfield geek squad manager?
