Dropped my pc off on Monday 2/23 to upgrade the hard drive and clone the drive, was told it would be done by Weds 2/25 at the latest. Show up on Weds 2/25 and I'm told they haven't started it yet but worst case scenario it would be done by Friday 2/27. Arrive Friday 2/27 and I'm told it's still not done and I should speak to a manager to file a complaint. Speak to store supervisor who "calls his boss" and assures me they will have someone at the store on Saturday 2/28 to finish the upgrade and a manager would call me to touch base on the situation. Saturday comes and goes...no phone call, no update. Sunday 3/1 I call for an update and leave multiple voicemails asking for an update...no call back, no update, NOTHING. Why am I even paying for total tech support when I can't even get a call back??? Highly recommend looking into other tech support options before using this location and FAIR WARNING I'm told the same Geek Squad manager oversees the majority of Cincinnati. Highly suggest using Micro Center or other tech support locations before trusting Best Buy.

Service was terrible. It took almost 3 months for our TV to be installed. A mgr said she would give us a price adjustment
Very unhappy with the credit. Will not buy from Best Buy again
This has been OUR STORE for many years. We are done with
Best Buy now. The company did not treat us fairly
