Nice and knowledgeable staff.
Purchased a washing machine, and the installers came out and installed my washing machine & 2 hours later, my garage was flooded. Tried to call the store and was unable to get a hold of the store directly. I kept talking to the national line, who told me all they could do was send another installer out 4 days later. I will not be purchasing any further appliances from Best Buy. Worst customer service ever.

The store didn't accept my return because I didn't have a physical receipt. Disappointed with the customer service.
