Once again, go into the simi store. Workers everywhere not helping folks. 1 employee acknowledged me and said he’d be right back. Never can back. Multiple employees walked by me multiple times and never acknowledged me. Just looked away like they didn’t want to make eye contact because they would mean they needed to help. I knew exactly what i wanted just needed someone to ring it up. After 20 minutes i left. This is the second time. Won’t be surprised to see another store fold with this lack of service.
