This is a pretty quiet place where you can look around and compare products without much disturbance. Usually, there’s a very kind attendant up front greeting you and asking if you need help to particular location. The cashiers are mostly friendly in the store is very clean. Sale prices are usually excellent and normal prices are fair in comparison to other big box retailers
Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service and communication. I purchased a $3000 TV and informed the sales rep it needed to be delivered after 4pm when I am home from work. The sales rep said that wouldn't be a problem. The day of the delivery, a delivery rep calls and says they are NOT busy but they won't be in my area around or after 4pm and someone will call the next day to reschedule the delivery. I never received a phone call. Today I called customer service and they told me the TV I ordered and paid for is no longer in stock and can't be delivered until next Monday between 7am and 7pm. Again, they said a delivery rep will call me a day before delivery to set up a 4 hour window to deliver. Customer Service said I cannot contact the delivery team as they are not allowed to give out that number. So basically, my $3000 TV is being held hostage and I have no faith that it will ever be delivered. The customer service rep also told me customers CANNOT contact the stores where they have purchased items by phone as every Best Buy store call is routed to a call center outside the US. I will never use any Best Buy to purchase anything ever again. Terrible experience!
Had to wait a little while for help but when help came it was great. Lane was a great help and knew what he was doing and talking about.
