Did a trade in on an old tablet. The girl that helped me couldn't have been nicer. She was a pleasure to work with. During our conversation, I mentioned my birthday was coming up. When I got home I noticed the gift card from the trade in was a Happy Birthday card. Very thoughtful.

My cell phone needed service twice in the last month. Our carrier couldn't help at all! And they sold it to us! We tried the great Geek Squad at Best Buy in Fox Point.The first time we were waited on by Zion and the second time it was Marsh. Both guys were very smart and super nice! Best Buy is lucky to have them! We were very pleased with the service we got from them. Thanks Guys, Meg
