I just scratched Best Buy from the list of stores that I shop from. I think management needs a little help on how to manage the store. Bought a new computer and discovered price was mismarked. The sales person went to get me a new one from the shelve and while digging into the their computer he found the problem with price . It was $200 more for the new one. The manager refused to sell me the new one in the box for the mismarked price. I was a little upset but went ahead and took the open box one . When I got it home I went to register it ,just to find the 1 year warranty has expired 6 months ago. I called them back with the news and they weren't willing to do anything. It didn't really matter to me at this point so I took it back. It's just best not to support stores that are managed like this. Good luck sorry, I've been a good customer of Best Buy corp. For years Done BTW that regesteion told me that computer was 1 1/2 years old

We went to the store set up an appoint to have someone come out for a theater system. Eden at the store was amazing. We did not hear from tech so we called into support to confirm our appointment. The “customer support” person said they cannot confirm appointments and unable to connect us to store and we have to drive over 20 min to ask them. I am all for supporting brick and mortar stores however fastest way to see them go bankrupt, set the company up with a contact center that won’t direct calls to the store. Best Buy contact support will be the demise of them if they don’t change something. 3 stars because if you go into the store the people and products are still amazing.

Don't get me wrong, we.like best buy but trying to get thru on the phone to schedule an appointment for stereo repair is next to impossible. The phone service has been substandard and terrible for many years to the point we dread trying to call best buy.
