Idk if you all know about this or not I didn't, my husband and I spent alot of money on all new kitchen appliances, we were given a best buy gift card total of 350 could only be used at best buy, we wasn't aware that it came out of our bank account....

I literally just walked out the store. I came in with the intention of buying a Samsung laptop and when I tell you not one worker came to the area to assist me and I could not get one person attention after 5 mins. Disappointing.

Came in to buy a tv. Was told someone would be right with me. Had to go back to the front to ask for a sales person. When the sales person finally showed up, they would get 5 stars. But had to wait too long just to purchase the tv i had already picked out.
