had best buy put up 3 tv spending $500 plus dollars, I bought screws ($40) to mount the tv's since they were going to use our mounts. I did not know they would use their own screws for the mounts, and best buy delayed the installation by about 3 weeks so I had to old on to them until I knew they were or were not going to need them. I went to return them and yes, I did wait until, as i am now aware 15 days after purchase, he told me I should have read my receipt, why doesn't best buy realize not all returns are equal. I would not have bought them if i had known they would use theirs (Geek Squad). Terrible customer service when I spend $500lus and you can't return my $40 because I will never need these again. I know one customer will not make a difference in your scope of people who buy from you, but you have to realize one customer is important and this no return is wrong on all levels. Geek Squad should be aware of who is hurting their reputation with best buy having such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY> You have heard from one customer who will never step in your store again, thank goodness you have competitors who will get ALL my future business. Don't get caught in best buys return policy which is not even 30 days.

The manager of this store was so extremely rude to me when they got my repair order WRONG!!

Schedule an appointment to get my phone fixed. Employees standing up front are rude and obviously don’t want to be there. Sent me to whole different desk than where I needed to be. Get to the right place just for them to say the ONE person who fixes screens isn’t there. Mind you drove an hour to get here got some food waited in the parking lot an hour waited 10 minutes before anyone decided to speak to me just for me to have to drive an hour back home. Its actually ridiculous. then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to schedule another appointment after the $40 in gas I just wasted and the three hours of my time , someone else can have my money. The screen was only going to be $30, spent more in gas just to have my time wasted and still can’t see my screen.
