Double check your prices. Went in looking for a new headset. Saw a steelseries for $193. When I actually located the product on the shelf there was a separate price tag for $219. Asked an associate if I could get for the cheaper sticker price since it was visible on the shelf underneath the item. He said no, since that is not where the item was staged. OK whatever seems like poor business practice. I asked to speak with a manager since he informed he would talk with her when she comes in at 1. And was told no manager available. Then I asked him to take the cheaper tag down so that others do not run into the same issue, and he said naw im just going to leave it up so I can show my manager later. At that point I asked for his name, and he proceeded to give me attitude and not want to provide his name. I told him I needed it for when I call to make a complaint about the dishonest practice and refusal to honor the listed price or even take down the incorrect price tag. He then proceeded to tell me he did not have to provide his name. I said thats fine have a good day and that he wasn't needed anymore. He then stood there, watching me and said this is my store I dont have to go any where. Like a weird intimidation tactic. So I grabbed the price tag and was going to bring it up to another associate, he followed me of course. I found an associate walking on the floor, provided this same story to him. This associate turned out to be a manager named Marcus and informed the associate I was previously speaking to was Rudy. So beware and cautious, of this location. Double check your prices.

Great prices and really helpful staff.
Lots of best buy employees but no one wants to help. No smiles or assistance. When checking out the guy never said anything or looked at you. We got what we were looking for (soundbar) after searching for it ourselves for quite some time.
