I really don't know where to start. First, when purchasing any Appliances please make sure you product isn't refurbished. I made a purchase with cash a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Best Buy the end of 2023, I had it in my presence after waiting several weeks for delivery, in 3 months after receiving the washer I had to call for service on my washer and they had to replace the transmission, I have purchased a couple sets of washers and dryers in my lifetime and never had issues and lasted a good 10-14 years with no problem. I woke up Saturday morning April 5, 2025 and heard a humming noise my washer was dead. The motor went out. I called to find out about my warranty and was told my accoun expired

We came in near closing time due to a hectic schedule and Iman was so helpful. She exhausted all avenues trying to troubleshoot my problem with my son's phone. She was very friendly and personable. Made conversation with us and another customer while we were waiting. I've been a Best Buy customer for several years and the customer service is always good but I have to say Iman went above and beyond tonight.
