Good store. Ordered online, and stopped in to pick it up. Was a breeze.

The BestBuy store in itself is nice, we'll organized and it's employees are always ready to help in any way you may need.
But the GeekSquad department of the store sadly has failed every single time we tried to give them a chance. With PC issues, always something else was broken, first the CPU, which we replaced, then the GPU, which we replaced just that after the 4th time of it not working, we managed to determine the RAM being incompatible and all other parts working just fine. So a thousand dollars at minimum wasted because of the GeekSquad random guesses. With phone issues later on also determined that nothing was wrong with it and just told me to wait for an update, after coming to them with connectivity issues. Then update done and they claimed they could not help, despite being sent there by Apple directly with AppleCare+.
Again - The store is great. The GeekSquad department has failed every single time.
I checked the website for the item I was interested in, went to the store, paid, and left satisfied. It was a smooth experience.
