Worst customer service I have ever had. Two delivery dates, waited, nobody ever called or came. Finally told the appliance was never on delivery truck after 5 people lief saying it was out for delivery. Tried to call store to speak to Mgr, you CANNOT call store! Not allowed, only sane call center that told untruths. Cancelled and got $ back. Saw this same experience on another review. Beware, you will have problems!! Terasita the sales girl the only pleasant part of entire experience!

All Good now *** bought two new large TV's from… Best Buy
Decided to buy two new large TV's from Best Buy - as they committed to deliver and install on Jan 20th. I agreed and told them we had to have them installed before the 21st. We also took their warranty and Geek Squad Install $ and numerous extras like a soundbar etc. Should have simply run the other way to Amazon, Target or Walmart. *** Update: Best Buy made good on this they gave us a gift card for our time and trouble and sent a great team to deal with the install which finished without issues.
