Do not trust the delivery services used by Best Buy. The company they use has no tax filings or mailing address. There is no way they carry the proper insurances. When I had a major problem caused by the installers I went into the store to get answers and the store manager hid in his office. NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER. DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY BEST BUY HAS BECOME.
Great Labor Day sale. Geek Squad membership is ALWAYS worth it.

Best Buy, what happened?
I want to commend Aria, the store supervisor, for going above and beyond to help me—she was the only bright spot in a frustrating experience.
I bought a pricey laptop on August 23. The next day, Labor Day deals dropped the price by $400. I called on August 27 for a simple price match but was routed to a corporate call center. They confirmed the lower price, gave me a case number, and said the refund was processing. Seems easy enough after all, it was Best Buy's own advertised price reduction.
Nine days later, I realized I received an email (I use an alternate, less checked email account for my Best Buy account)—sent just 30 minutes after the original refund confirmation—saying they couldn’t process it and I had to go in-store. On September 2, I did just that. Aria worked hard to fix it, despite the hoops she had to jump through.
Best Buy used to shine with hands-on product access and same-day availability - that is really their main relevance in today's market. Now? The store feels neglected—outdated displays, clutter, tech issues, a chaotic checkout experience, and a clearly disjointed corporate refund process. Aria’s customer service was the only redeeming part.
