Truly, one of the worst customer experiences I can think of. Went in for a scheduled phone repair, only to be told that I’d have to return when they have the parts. Frustrating, given I had taken off work to make the appointment, but I understood. Didn’t hear about the part for 3 days then was told I had to come in within 48 hours or they’d send the part back. So I rearranged my plans again to make it by then. I was told it would take 2 hours for the repair, but it was closer to 3 hours. Finally after all of that waiting and going to the store two separate times I thought my phone was fixed. I was wrong, they forgot to take out my SIM card so I had no cell service for a day until I could come back up there hoping they hadn’t thrown it away or shipped it off to apple. Thankfully they still had it, but the geek squad member Ishmael had a real attitude about helping me. He took my receipts and started complaining to himself out loud “it’s great to be a punching bag” like dude you’re a customer service rep and y’all made a huge mistake. I asked for managers and eventually someone said they were going to compensate me for all the trouble. Come to find out all she was offering me was a $20 gift card but she couldn’t because I hadn’t made a purchase at a Best Buy recently enough…what a joke. Do yourself the favor and make an appointment at the Apple Store. They’ll actually do it right. I asked for someone higher up at this location to contact me, but I haven’t heard anything.
Seller was a little pushy, she tried to sound as she knew more than she apparently knew about her products. Tryin to down play a TV for a higher model.

Staff is always incredibly friendly, and ever sense the remodel the options went crazy, you can buy almost anything you can think of
Employees were hard to get ahold of they seemed more interested in talking to friends and phones. A bit pricey I figured it would be cheaper. Bigger electronic selection than walmart but more expensive by a bit. The location was at least clean besides the parking lot. Ended up not buying anything becuz walmart had same item I was looking for for $62 less. My visit was not worth the long drive from home. Too expensive with customer service being subpar. Employees need more retraining. Store needs better deals or sale or to lower prices.
