This store sucks big time !!!!! Amelia was super helpful. The cashier Armanie was rude. My brother was making a purchase , we were advised it’s at another location but it is far. Who cares how far is it. That’s not good customer service what’s so ever. Don’t assume what’s far for us. Smh. I live in Ga so I will drive my brother to the location to Best Buy so my peoples can get what they want. I won’t be spending my money at this place.

This is my first ever back to back video game pickup with Best Buy. It was a very smooth process overall. Arrived before 12pm on 4/17/2026 to pickup Capcom's Pragmata for Switch 2 after picking up Tomodachi Life:Living The Dream on 4/16/2026.. Five minute wait to pickup my game & leave the store to enjoy the rest of my day playing Pragmata of course. Happy gamer, happy consumer here. #It'sAllAboutTheSOFTWARE!

In my experience, First Best Buy to offer an in depth articulation on how internal components affect efficiency in a laptop. Made my choice a lot easier. Just what I was looking for. Definitely exceeded expectations. Great job!

A Warning for Fellow Teachers and Professionals As a teacher and a Google Certified Trainer, I value my time and my budget. Unfortunately, Best Buy failed on both counts. This was my second attempt to purchase a laptop; the first was canceled, and the second arrived 'Dead on Arrival' with a broken hinge—despite being labeled 'Open Box - Excellent.' Even the store staff seemed to wonder why these items are still being sold in this condition. When I tried to resolve this in-store, I was met with total indifference. A floor associate even told me that Chromebooks are 'only for middle schoolers,' completely dismissing my professional expertise and the advanced work I do in the Google ecosystem. I even reached out to their Corporate Executive Resolution team, hoping for a better outcome as a 12-year cardholder, but was met with a canned response and no real help. If you are a professional who values quality and respect, please be careful. This experience showed me that 'Excellent' ratings aren't always accurate, and customer loyalty isn't always valued. I’m moving on to a company that respects its customers. UPDATE (Response to Owner): I have already escalated this through your Executive Resolution team (Case #142489) and was told no compensation or resolution would be provided. I have no interest in restarting the process on social media. This review stands as a warning for other professionals. Period.
