I scheduled an appointment for a battery replacement on Saturday; 3 days in advance. On the reservation it said duration: 20 minutes. I get there and the lady at the desk took 30 minutes of my time because she kept helping other people while she was trying to check me in. Made me pay in advance and then sprung it on me that I would have to wait a full 2 hours before picking the phone up. Even though it clearly showed on the reservation sheet that it was going to take 20 minutes. I told her I could not wait 2 hours and for her to refund the money to my card. A refund is not instantly done the same way they charge your card because I’m not seeing a refund yet. She became very rude like I was wasting her time when it was definitely the other way around. I won’t ever go back because of my experience. You will be better off going directly to Apple for repairs and battery replacements if you want competent repairs.

I want to be going back , here again.I was looking for a case for, cell phone.I asked at least two staff members for some help.It seemed they were too busy avoiding customers to help me I will never go into the location again.The one is located by Olive Garden in McDonough Georgia.Save yourself some time go to another location.

The customer service started off kinda sketchy at the Morrow store. I had to wait 30 minutes before anyone responded to the laptop area to help me. The African Grad School swooped in and redeemed the experience. I ended up purchasing two laptops, but when I came back to pick up the order, it turned out that only half of my order was in stock. Nevertheless, I was able to complete my order pickup at this nearby store, where the customer service was exceptional.
I visited Best Buy for the second time, hoping my experience would be better than the first but it wasn’t. Both visits there was poor customer service and passive-aggressive attitudes from some of the employees. There’s a woman with very short or no hair (not sure of her name or role), long nails ,popping gum and she was especially rude ,entitled fits her personality ,it costs nothing to be respectful and kind .choose wisely about who you guys as a business ,choose to represent you as a company . Definitely won’t be returning.
