Today, I was helped by Casey, and from start to finish, his customer service was beyond excellent!!! I bought a 70-inch tv and was very uncertain about whether it would fit or if I could even lift the tv. Casey checked my car first, and he even loaded the tv! Knocking out both problems that gave me anxiety the whole way to the store. He then told me that I could come back to the store and someone would help me determine whether or not the next tv I wanted would fit. Im am so happy with the entire experience! This is my first time shopping with Best Buy, and I can tell now I am going to be a lifelong customer! Thank you, Casey, for helping to make this Father's Day unforgettable!
