Came in hoping to drop $650 on a new Samsung Ultra watch. I told an employee I was going to need help by the watches, to get them out of the case. I waited about 15 minutes before speaking to a 2nd employee and telling him the same. Another 15 minutes went by, and I decided to leave. The store was not very busy, and there were many employees chatting huddled by the Smartphone displays.
Ive purchased the watch on Amazon for the same price and it arrives tommorow!

I had to waited 10 minutes before an employee finally asked if I needed help, while being passed and looked at by at least 4 that offered no assistance. The employee that finally helped me didn't know much about the product and I still felt like no one helped me..
