I was dropping off two items at the Geek Squad desk at this location and let me just say that Luke and Tionna are FANTASTIC. They are incredibly patient and efficient, especially considering the amount of VERY rude and impatient customers that I watched them take care of. I can tell that Luke is very experienced, and he expertly handled each and every concern gracefully and effectively. Tionna's soft-spoken charm and warmth was also clear to me from the start. These two workers deserve a raise and all the support that management can give them, because they deal with a lot of difficult people and they do it VERY WELL.

When i first entered i was greeted and ask if I needed help, when I said yes, she took my info and told me someone should be with me in 5-7 mins. I waited a few mins and was helped. Checking out there was one person checking everyone out and supporting order pick up so it took a whole. Maybe 20 to 30 minutes to checkout.

Hi everyone, I will be as honest as possible. On 10-26-25 my husband and I visited this location in search for a refrigerator and stove. I was introduced to Moy & Stephanie. The both of them was pleasant as can be, they took time with us to answer any questions, and I had lots of questions. Let me jump right in and say with all honesty they implemented more than customer services. If I could rate the professionalism a 10/10 I would. The staff and store manager all worked together over and above to make sure we were taking care of. Do anyone remember that old school customer services from back in the days? well yes that's what we received. This is the Gods honest truth; they deserve a bonus we were treated as if we were spending a million dollars and only spent $2,371. With that being said thank you to the entire staff that went beyond to bring a great experience to us.

Kel the salesperson and Samarie in the Geek Squad were absolutely fantastic to work with.
