Don't use pick-up from here because you'll wait longer than folks in line. What should be a simple one and out to pick up a product will have you standing there 20-30 minutes while employees wonder around aimlessly

Best Buy is a joke! We purchased a fridge 4 years ago and at 3 years the ice maker went out, Best Buy said the warranty ended a month ago so nothing can be done. Now at 4 years the fridge has stopped cooling/ freezing…. For over $3,000 you would expect them to last longer. We also purchased a Sony tv for $2,800 and at just a year old it has a green spot in the middle of it and guess what??? Again nothing Best Buy can do. They sale garbage and leave you sitting with junk!!!
