I was greeted at the door by two staff members. I was there to buy a tv, the staff members sent a message to the TV section and I was met by Kevin. I showed Kevin what I was looking for, he went into the back and brought out the correct unit. Kevin rung me out, asked if I needed assistance and helped me load up the tv. Overall a very good experience.
Outstanding customer service and state of art facility. Well organized and displayed.
A cashier by the register named Josh was very rude to my brother. We had asked if they have a specific portable charger in stock since online it said it was in stock in the store. We went to check in the sections and couldn't find any. We had asked Josh where we could find it, and he said it's in that area where we checked. He said "there is literally 6 right there go look" when we did. He didn't offer to check the back or go with us to the section to find it. We asked another worker who was much more helpful.
The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life so the TV I can’t turn the TV on and off. I can’t change the volume. I have outside cables. They left them hanging terrible if I was to give it a review I’d give it as a zero.
