We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Georgetown Best Buy. We had multiple staff members come by to see if we needed any help. I specifically want to mention Dylan, Nicholas, Mia, and Tom. We were in the market for a TV, Dylan and Nicholas both provided some excellent recommendations for TVs and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and at a great price! Then when everything went wrong and the system didn't want to cooperate, Mia and Tom were able to step in and get everything working. We had a fantastic experience with good natured staff that were patient and helped make the whole process easier despite all of the hiccups. We were definitely there longer than we originally planned but because of the staff, it was completely pain free. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts and their knowledge. I would absolutely recommend this location.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. When asking for help (3 separate times) we were completely ignored. We simply asked what a price on a product was and he basically shrugged and moved on.

Your staff is the worst group of employees I’ve had to deal with, all we wanted was a few questions about new headphones and after asking 4 people to help and being ignored by every employee we made the decision to go buy elsewhere. Worst experience I’ve ever had when trying to spend over $300!!
