Employees are typically helpful. I like that Bestbuy is still around for those gadgets you just dont want to wait on delivery for.

Worst experience with Geek squad at georgetown location. I gave my iphone 13 pro for battery replacement in the store. I collected it the same day after the battery was replaced. I left the store and I realised that power button was not working, it was not locking screen and out of no where, pressing power button was turning on Siri and my phone went into boot loop mode.
I went to bestbuy the next day only to realise that they do not show any concern towards the customer. They did try to restore the phone but failed.Then came the manager asking us to go to the apple store as Apple sent them the bad battery. LOL. They started pushing us to apple store.
Apple store did not take ownership as they did not see anything by bestbuy in the comments.
We travelled back to Bestbuy asking them to raise escalation with the Apple support system and they did.
We then travelled again to Apple store and waited till 9:15 PM.
The phone was given to us at 9:15 PM at the apple store after replacing almost all the parts like battery,back panel, camera,motherboard etc.
BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD CLEARLY FAILED TO DO A GOOD JOB NOT ONLY IN REPLACING THE BATTERY BUT ALSO IN TAKING THE OWNERSHIP.
I am not going back to them for any kind of Apple services.
I went in yesterday to get a stereo installed in my 2012 rav 4 paid around $350 with installation. After I dropped off my car I was walking around Best Buy when one the installation workers came to ask me if I wanted to install the additional adapter to get the steering wheel adapter I said yes and they advised we would settle it after when I came back to pick up my car. Around an hour and a half later I go pick up my car and get told it’s $140 MORE because of the “adapters” and on top that they left my charging cable inside of the middle counsel. I would never recommend to go to this location. $140 dollars more just to be able to use my steering wheel controls? I know they sold me whatever they found most expensive. Left a VM about the cable and will probably be ignored & be stuck with this issue myself.
