Terrible experience all around. Buy your appliances anywhere else. If you buy here, don't bother with the geek squad warranty. Almost 3 weeks waiting for repair with 3 canceled appointments with no information given and nothing but terrible customer service. I have called over 15 times, each time saying "A technician will be there within 30 mins" Someone has yet to actually show up and look at my washer. When calling the store they divert you to the same call center. Avoid buying appliances here AT ALL COSTS.
This store offers items that they don’t have in stock and you can’t get from anywhere because is out of stock

When I attempted to buy a display laptop I was told they needed an hour to reconfigure it. I returned 1 1/2 hours later and it’s not ready. 20 mins later I go home to find nothing works. I return to the store and I am advised the updates were not completed and they need a little more time. 20 mins later I am advised they need a further 15 mins, but not hours. 15 mins later I am told the update is only 6%. At this point 3 1/3 hrs later I abandon the purchase. Now I know why stores are losing to online.

Excellent service with accountable workmanship!!!
Purchase a Kenwood car audio deck last weak at Best Buy in Georgetown Texas and set up my install date with Leonardo Vasquez, manager of the car audio installation department. Showed up on the install date and dropped off my Runner. Leonardo and Rob G checked out my vehicle before the installation and discovered that my Alpine was working yet had a short keeping me from connecting my phone. They had gotten it working and showed me how to engage my handbrake to set up Bluetooth on my phone. So I got my money back and got my problem solved today because of the integrity of these two gentlemen at Best Buy Georgetown! They come highly recommend because they love what they do in helping their customers.
