I scheduled a Geek Squad television installation two weeks in advance. I got a text message the day before the install with an arrival window. I arranged my day to be home for the install. Towards the end of the arrival window, I received a text message saying that my appointment had been scheduled for a week and a half later. No phone call. No explanation. No information in the appointment notes for online support to tell me why I had been rescheduled. I was told to get in touch with the local store in Georgetown. But no one answers the phone in Georgetown. I can’t get a manager on the phone, I can’t get Geek Squad on the phone at their extension. I have no explanation for why the appointment that I scheduled and paid for two weeks in advance just didn’t happen. As a Best Buy Total member, I’m deeply disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location.
