Bad service in best buy store in Georgetown, long waiting time for assistance went to an employee to ask for help they said they’ll help us in a minute, that minute became an hour so I went up to this young lady and told her we been waiting for assistance and she apologized and said she’ll call someone but nothing we kept getting ignored and they would assist people that you come after us. So we left and went to Lowe’s which they help as soon as we got there.

Michael provided awful customer service. He was very dismissive, did not notify us of extra charges until we asked about it and did not even look at us in the face. It makes you feel you’re not even worth talking to. Will not be coming back to this Best Buy. There are many other people that need a job, stop giving it to those who are awful.
