I absolutely DETEST calling and have to deal with their “menus”!! Those were never invented for the customer. And this one is the worst. If you don’t choose an option to their liking they just disconnect the call. Such a lousy freaking way to do business.

If you’re going to visit this store on a weekend good luck. I have purchased a lot of stuff from Best Buy, damn near every electronic appliance and device I own. My experience at the Menomonee Falls location over the weekend was not good. I got a young associate who exhibited a whole bunch of I don’t give a damn. Went to the brookfield location and it was a totally different vibe and had associates who all wanted to help. Just go to Brookfield and save yourself the aggravation on the weekends.

Bought a computer and monitor and found out it was my netgear that was bad so i tried to return it and was told it was past the return date (30 days vs 15) i was told when i bought it i had 30 days to return not 15. I should of went with my gut in-stink about shopping at best buy. Never again
