Stay far far away from this Beat Buy the service is horrible. When I walked in I was greeted by a cloud of marijuana. Typically there is a greeter this one had a lady scrolling Instagram who paid me no attention. After requesting help from several staff as to where I could go and pick up the item no one assisted they would merely point in the direction I should continue to walk in. After finally finding a staff that would help this must have been my fifth staff person that I spoke with I was told they couldn't help and that I needed to go to another line. I waited an hour in that line finally got to the front and was told they couldn't help me "they didn't have the time". After speaking with customer service I was told by the customer service person that the manager would call me back that day I did not receive a call back until 2 days later. He told me that he would wave the additional fees that his store was trying to charge me. I thanked him because I had already purchased this item from another store and there shouldn't be any additional fees. I merely wanted to pick up my item. Day three of trying to obtain my item I finally got there was damage to my box but what could you expect. When I checked my bank balance a week later I noticed this Best buy charged me an additional $20 to pick up my item from their store. Again don't trust anybody at the store, even the managers lie. don't walk away from the store, run!
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my recent purchase of two $50 gift cards that were on sale at $42.50 each on the cyber Monday Best Buy web special. Online or purchase at store were confirmed to be the same price and even the cashier verified the online ad from my phone. Cards were already swiped to activate by cashier and total cost was $100. Manager refused to adjust cost to sale price.
They probably pocketed the $15. Never going back.
