Horrible service. Been standing in the aisle for 20 minutes waiting for help. Went to electronic desk and see that the gentleman was helping a customer so I waited. A customer walked up to him so he carried on to help that customer after he finished up with his current customer. I walked thru the aisle and saw another best buy worker so I asked for an item and he said he was currently looking for a game for a customer and will get someone to come help me so I said sure. Now been waiting close to 45 mins now..... Mayfair best buy would be a better choice so take the longer drive I know I will next time

Had a remote started installed works great.
Bought a Samsung TV from them because I wanted to buy it from a reputable store that would stand behind their product but when I had issues 20 days after purchase, they would not flex on their 15 day! Warranty, would have been better off buying online or from Walmart.

There was a situation where another employee had needed to take a break and Noah quickly jumped in to help… even stayed an hour past the end of his shift. Super grateful for him.
