You have just recieved very bad advertisement because a very popular youtuber/business owner tried to return an item recently and you refused the return because of a 15 day return policy. Ridiculous policy bearing in mind if they were purchased for a 2 week vacation, tried to use on vacation and by time they return, they can't return product. 100's of thousands of people are going to see the video online worldwide
