I don’t know who manages the orders at this store but they aren’t doing a great job. I have pre ordered products multiple times for pickup at this location because it’s the one closest to me. Just for the store to delay my pre ordered products by 2 weeks. What’s the point in pre ordering if it’s not going to be available until after the release date? Additionally I’ve had the manager lie straight to my face about their policies. I tried returning a laptop and they told me they can’t take returns above $500 if I didn’t buy it from that store. I took it to a different location and they did the return just fine. That same manager wouldn’t honor my warranty for a product, and told me it’s because their store would have to pay for the replacement.

The line was 6 deep to check out and there were 5 associates gathered at the front doors just chatting with each other. Cross train or if they are make a store manager more accountable.
