I enjoyed my shopping experience on the 20th of January , the sales specialist was very friendly and helpful , we had good conversations and enjoyed his professionalism! We soon came to a conclusion for my purchase of kitchen appliances but found out the best date for delivery was on 21st of February which was one month away and I had to fly back to Taiwan in a few days But I decided that I can always return to Honolulu for any available time as long as I can be assured the delivery will be comfied and ready! So I accepted the delivery arrangements and waited. I called many times to Best Buy many times from Taiwan and all been switched around to the unknown operators to unknown extension and never got the chance to explain my problems and needs! I also emailed Alan the sales specialist twice also got no response! I came from Taiwan to Honolulu on 2/15 and went to the store on 2/16, and got the firmed answer for the delivery on the 2/21 from Alan Whitworth with his follow-up email which I took it as a promise from Best Buy! And start making arrangements for the delivery! Yesterday I got 2 emails from your service department and advised me the delivery date is set for the 2/27th! I wish that you guys would just give me the workable time without keep changing dates , I am flying back to Taiwan on the 25th and will not going to change my schedule! If Best Buy can not keep the Brand promise liked you claimed, I would like to cancel the order and shop from some other store! Best Buy will have to hold the responsibility and your BRAND name!
