Great place to buy things that you can't find anywhere else.
All customer service staff was extremely helpful. Especially David. Thank you for your help with the Sony Speaker bro!!! Establishment was clean, and everything I was looking for was in stock.
Would definitely visit again.
First off, there are many great and caring employees here. However at my last visit, as I was checking out I was asked “Would you like to get $15 back in rewards?” I’m thinking this is a point reward thing. Suddenly, I’m being asked to enter my SS number. I ask her what is this for? Only after asking for clarification again, she tells me it’s for the Best Buy Credit Card. What a scam! So inappropriate and she could care less that I politely suggested they be more clear to customers in the future. BEWARE!
