I'm not sure who it was we spoke to there but he was in management and he really knew his stuff. He answered all my questions and concerns. He's a really great employee. The best experience I've had at a Best Buy to date.

Daniel was outstanding! He thoroughly understands the tech side of sales. He helped me setting up and buying the correct equipment. His patience is admirable!! I would refer Daniel to anyone buying anything within the store.

if i could give 0 stars i would. absolute nightmare. I ordered a computer online for pickup in which it said it would take an hour after an hour i headed to the store. when arriving i was told it should only be 10 minutes, those 10 minutes pass i proceed back to the desk in which im told "10 more minutes". 30 minutes go by and still nothing. I told the blonde lady at the desk i could come back in which she said again "it will only only be 10 more minutes". Another 30 Minutes pass so i go back to my car about to get food when they call me and ask for confirmation which they followed with saying it would be 10 more minutes. I head back into the store and waited another 30 minutes finally receiving my computer after wasting 2 hours of my day off. Pitiful undertrained staff.

Sold a phone not compatible with my ATT WIRELESS SERVICE. SALES AGENT WAS TOLD I HAD ATT YET HE SOLD ME A PHONE NOT COMPATIBLE. LIARS AND MISREPRESENTATION BY SALES
