I only visited to recycle a printer. I won't ever shop here. Their credit card program screwed me in 2004. That was the last Penney of my money they ever got.

Sam on the sales floor, and Ty in the Geek Squad were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get my broken phone swaped out for a new one under my protection plan. Then, they helped me learn about the features on my phone that I was unaware of and helped set it up to my preferences. I couldn't be more satisfied. If you are going to the Geek Squad, I do recommend a reservation. It's the best, Best Buy I've ever been to.
Difficult purchase process and very few times available to install auto start. When finally scheduled one...service department told us they can't do it that day. They also told us an additional part is needed. That question was already asked to customer service and they did not tell us anything else was needed and connected me to an expert on these.
Understaffed but the staff that is there is great
