Absolutely terrible staff! Just stood in line for one thing for about 25 minutes. This would have been fine except the customer in front of me needed a manager to return an item. The employee called multiple times for one and no one came over to help so I simply asked if I could just pay for my one item while they waited for the manager. I did not raise my voice, I did not cuss, I was not rude. The employee proceeded to tell me "you are going to just have to wait" in a very rude voice. So I look over to the other employees and simply asked "do you hear him." Then one of the other employees pinches the top of his shirt on both shoulders and lifts his shirt up to emphasize that he is a best buy employee. Then says "oh I heard it" in a very rude voice and shaked his head at me. That employee had the name Nelson on his shirt.

Had the absolute best experience with our sales member Majeed and the gm Vinny today! They solved our problem with our old computer and got us a new MacBook to go home with. This was the easiest and best customer service experience we’ve had at any store in years. Will definitely be back to this location!
