I ordered an HP Victus Laptop for my son that is in the Navy and is taking leave for Christmas. I placed the order on November 29th. A few days later, i went to the store to pick up this item. I was told that it wasn't there. On December 8th, I got an email stating that my order was canceled for failure to pick up. I called to try and reorder this item and was told that I need to wait 10-14 business days for a refund. I do not have the $$ to pay a 2nd time for this item to be here in time for Christmas. My son's Christmas is now ruined because best buy dropped the ball and they refused to make it right!!! I am so pissed off right now! This is my son's 1st Christmas home after joining our Armed forces and Best Buy, single handedly destroyed Christmas for my whole family!!! Stay away from this company at all costs!!!

Worst service...
Ordered a TV to be picked up, supposedly to be "ready for pickup in 1 hour", after 4 days they're still asking to wait another 24 to 48 hours for the order to be ready. Even though item still shows as "ready to pick up in 1 hour" on the website.
That's precisely why Amazon is eaten not just they lunch, but their breakfast and dinner.

I’ve had to re schedule 3 times after I was told it would be delivered on the date given. Customer service sucks absolutely awful!!! How is it so hard to schedule a delivery my god!!! This has been a horrendous experience!!!! I will never order from Best Buy again!! BE WARNED BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU ORDER FOR A DELIVERY OF AN APPLIANCE YOU MAY HAVE TO RE SCHEDULE SEVERAL TIMES!! I THINK THEY OWE ME A DISCOUNT!!! Now my order was cancelled and they didn’t even put notes in on how many times I spoke to them!!! THIS HAS BEEN A DISASTER OF AN EXPERIENCE!! BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FOR DELIVERY YOU WILL GET SCREWED AND GEEK SQUAD WILL NOT HELP THEY CANT EVEN PUT NOTES IN ON HOW MANY TIMES YOU SPEAK TO THEM!!!!! MAYBE NOT OUTSOURCE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CAN TAKE NOTES AND UNDERSTAND

By far the WORST customer service EVER. The only person worth ANYTHING, is Mike who works in the PC Department.
I stood in the store for 20 minutes and watch these workers talk to people just to tell me and my family that they were to busy to check us out.
They literally haven’t did anything but run their mouths the whole time.
Need to do some clearing of your workers.
