Didn't have the keyboard we wanted ( I think) we asked a guy. He looked at his phone and then just walked away. Went to NFM instead. They had what we needed

I really like the service every single time I come here. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I need. Even when no other store has what I’m looking for, Best Buy usually does. It’s consistently my go-to because I know I’ll get good service and leave satisfied every time.

Very disappointed with geek quad. Filed an Apple care claim to fix the front and back of my device. Both heavily damaged due to me dropping it. Scheduled appt for 10:30 arrived on time and was told that she isn’t sure when she will be able to do it because her Apple tech isn’t there yet. She explained how the systems don’t communicate which I guess I can understand but seemed like she didn’t really want to help. Took my phone to the back to run some testing on the device and came back out saying that it’s going to be $367 to fix the front screen but the back was covered for the $58 service deductible through Apple BUT she wasn’t sure if she had the parts. Asked her to go check and she said she thinks they have them…. All around, very dismissive attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to help. Talked to the manager on duty, so he claimed and said that it’s because the front was not cracked and that just because it had heavy scratches on the front it was not covered. So if I go outside, drop it on the floor crack it and come back in, it’s covered. Answer was yes…. Doesn’t make sense, considering they get paid for the repair by Apple regardless. From the dismissive attitude to the BS excuse for not being able to fix the front screen of my device, I will likely never use Apple care or the Best Buy geek squad at this location. My message to management, train your employees to be attentive and actually care about customer service. All frustration with the front screen aside, everyone should be on the same page and it didn’t seem like your employees wanted to help. For all it’s worth, I went to T-Mobile after, and was told by them there that they are notorious for doing that to customers. Ended up just purchasing a new phone, and avoided the headache that Best Buy geek squad caused. 0/10 retrain your employees for good customer service. Do better!
