It was excellent...Payne in computers was intelligent, helpful, patient, answered our questions, and Jaxon in Greek Squad was intelligent, helpful, he is really knowledgable, he took time to explain what they would do. Did things with order and was straight forward. Both were honest and friendly

Beware their return policy and price match policy. It's a very strict 15 days, no matter what (which is extremely short compared to other retailers that are at least 30-90 days). I purchased a laptop during Amazon Prime Days expecting them to offer great pricing, and 16 days later noticed it was $100 cheaper. Contacting them was very burdensome, and they let me know it's 15 days no matter what. I've been out of town for 9 of the 16 days, they don't care. Just about any other retailer would have a 30-90 day policy. I've always had Best Buy at the top of my list, but I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Not a great place for electronics purchases, 14 day return policy, even if the product does not work. Amazon and every other place that sells electronic will give you your money back if the product does not work. I was like one day over the 14 days and product does not work as described. Stuck with a paper weight. I think it’s ironic that they even have a “customer service“ counter - there’s no “service” it’s just some electronics bros turning customers away due to a short return policy. Buy from someone else, save yourself the hassle.

I bought a camera on Friday, but unfortunately, the customer service was not very good. A young woman helped me around twenty years old, with black hair and short in height. Sadly, she was not very courteous; she didn’t seem willing to assist in a friendly manner. I believe it would be helpful for the staff to receive better training in customer service.
