Best Buy changed their return window to 15 days and refused to be helpful to return a sealed product with store receipt for money back on my credit card, and would only offer store credit. Who does that in 2025? Totally ridiculous not take back a sealed item with receipt.

Very nice, equally unhelpful. We asked where we could find a few things. One item wasn't within 100 miles (found one on the shelf on our way out). Another item, "None in the state." (we found one at the next Best Buy we stopped at).

Had my sub woofers and amplifier installed here 5 months ago. Install looked great and all was well until yesterday it didn't work. After troubleshooting I found out that the main power to the amp the wires were just stuffed into the amp. Tried to tighten them and it's not possible without using a reducer or ferrules on the 2 wires. Rather then do it right he just stuffed them in and hoped for the best. The amp was screwed down (I thought) it just moved by hitting a bump. Could've ruined my equipment and maybe worse if the ground and positive had touched under my seat. Wires could've arked not being tightened in correctly and caused some serious issues. I'm not happy. I've got to fix it myself. Should've been installed correctly all the way around.
