How do I check product availability at the Tustin Best Buy?

Worst Best Buy near me. I needed someone to help me get what I was looking for as it was not out in the open to grab myself and I was never able to get anyone's attention, not for a lack of trying.
I had three different employees walk right past me as I was waiting at the checkout desk by the computer department to ask questions. When I tried to get their attention they just looked right past me or away and then a couple of them went to chat with fellow coworkers who were also just standing around. One guy went straight to the back warehouse after helping the person next to me and never came back out.
I think it's pertinent to add that it was NOT busy while I was there and yet it was still this difficult to get anyone's attention.
I will never return to this Best Buy.
