Most of the employees are nice and helpful. I went to get an order pickup. My app said the order was ready for pickup. I go to pick it up and the employee says they are out of stock. She says I have to wait for them to restock it and to come back. Why would I preorder something for Best Buy to tell me to come pick it up and not have it available? The employee said, "you'll have to wait for us to restock or you could go somewhere else to see if they have one available." I should have just made the purchase on Amazon. This is why Best Buy should be out of business.
