I arrived at the Limonite Best Buy in the city of Eastvale around 2 PM. The store was empty, with no customers and plenty of staff on the floor. I was walking around each department, trying to locate the tablets section for purchase. The store appeared very clean and well-maintained; however, despite the number of staff present, no one seemed to offer assistance. They were preoccupied with chatting among themselves, resulting in a lack of customer service. Although I could have asked for help during my search, the inattentiveness of the staff led me to decide to shop online instead. My experience at the store felt no different from shopping online, which was disappointing.
Customer service is a little rude n short.. went to customer service for some assistance with my account and it was like it was a bother for her to look up account..
We went in to buy a new refrigerator. We were instantly greeted as soon as we walked in the door. He even asked if we need any help. He directed us straight to the fridge section. They had a decent model selection. Our store rep's name was Neesh, and she was excellent. She gave us all our options for delivery, set up, and warehouse pick- up. She was pretty straight forward, and got us out of there quickly - which is an A+ for me! It was a neat and clean store with lots of professional associates to help. They have a radio system that is super efficient. I saw customers getting help quickly.
