Had a couple of issues with the Geek Squad, took a laptop to repair, they said they couldn’t do anything and gave me the laptop back after a few days, I go to use the laptop and know the keyboard does not work! I took a Swann security NVR to replace the HD and now the power supply failed.
Called geek squad and they just told me it wasn’t them and I need to call hp and Swann to see if they can help! Then they hung up, called again and the same person just dropped my call.
Do not buy the total protection plan, they do not know what they do.
Bummer. I just found out my favorite salesman left this place. Must be a bad place if they're losing good people here.

Disregard for Telephone Customer Service: Best Buy Eastvale no longer has a customer service phone line. Any attempt to call the store is immediately sent to the national hotline (even if you call the 951 area code number), and any attempts to find details on an order can not be found through the national hotline, causing any user that actually needs to talk to the store to enter an infinite loop.
Best buy is making it hard for me to spend money, which is already an insane sentence to write. My order has been delayed for a week and the national hotline cant confirm with me where this order is or if I should cancel it. As a long time customer of Best Buy and a long term reviewer, I recommend going elsewhere due to a lack of customer outreach.
In store service I have had a fine experience, nothing more nothing less, I don't expect stellar service from a brick and mortar store, but at least have a proper method to contact the store, to verify local data that a regional office cant figure out.

This location the inventory is not in clearly marked aisles, or organized in a logical manner. You literally have to hunt for items in this cluttered store, or hunt for help.
