Never again will I buy from Best Buy.
And for sure, I recommend you not to get there stupid insurance for a phone or anything else. They don't keep their word on it , had warranty, and went to the store on the last day but it was still under warranty they had technical issues and I had to go the next day and even talked to the national line from Best Buy and they said it's up to the manager and it was another rep and the manager who helped me when I was still underwarranty. And he said littery I could have someone help you to buy a new phone but didn't want to replace mine under the warranty. So I went there a 3rd time to speak to the General store Manager ( I think his name was Jim older gentleman ) I'll explained it to him he went to talk to the Geek squad manager ( think his sorry ass name was Amdrew) and got my info and told me he will call me . 2 months passed, and there no word from either one ,even though on my last day of warranty, Andrew, the geek squad manager, filled an escalation since their system was acting up. So safe your self time and money and go somewhere else, where they keep ther word in regards to warranty. Think about it why are they closing more and more Best Buys? Because of their poor management and handling things. Never again will I buy from them. They don't deserve a star at all.
Place is a joke. Do not waste your time here.

can't understand why the store is still open for in-store visits when everything you want (pro audio life sound advertising is not available in the store. only home theater crap) everything I'm looking for has to be ordered online and delivered, which is contrary to the advertisement they post. their methods are vacuous, dll

Do not go too this Store. Paid for 180 dollars for camera install service and got the shit for service when I went in the store the manager passed me on to Andrew Johnson, a service Supervisor, who basically said tough shit, u already paid for it. All never enter a Best Buy store again.
