We feel cheated by the store. We bought a new TV, and when we got home and opened the box, the accessories were already opened, and the TV was used. It even had another family's data on it. We picked up the TV at 5:00 pm and quickly returned it at 8:20 pm. We are very upset about how we were treated at the store and that they didn't help us check the TV. Now we're waiting for calls, and no one is answering.

I bought a new tv but it was used it didn't work and it had old remote i too it back but they told me they couldn't take it back because it didn't have th right remote even though thats the one it came with

This is incredibly disappointing. I bought an 85-inch TV from their store on November 1st. When I opened the package at home, the TV was slightly deformed. I took it back on November 2nd to exchange it, but they said the packaging was fine and the TV's deformation was caused by me, so they wouldn't give me a refund or exchange! I just want to ask a bunch of stupid people! Why did I take it home and break it before exchanging it? And I bought two TVs at once, why didn't I just break both of them before exchanging them? I just want to say they're awful. Everyone should be careful with this Best Buy store when buying electronics!
