Staff were all smiles as usual. No complaints there. However, I recently purchased an Open-Box Excellent condition HP Omen from this location. Per Best Buy’s website, Excellent condition products contain all original parts and suitable packaging if not in the original box. I unfortunately received none of that. Just the HP Omen itself with no power cable, keyboard, or mouse, or box for that matter (honestly couldn’t care less for the box, just adding this to the list). If this was listed as Good or Satisfactory condition, there would be no issue, but the problem is it was listed as excellent condition and contains nothing that an excellent condition item would contain. When asked why they were not present, I was told the modem did not come with the items. Falsely advertising a product does not instill confidence to shop at, or recommend this location to potential buyers.

The people are friendly and helpful, however, I did have a complication when my vehicle radio was installed.. But the installer knew how to install the radio and he was sorry for the dash board of my vehicle. I am now trying to get the company to pay for the damage 💔 of dash board. I believe they will work with me.
