I can’t speak their normal operations because I don’t frequent there, but I will speak on the that assisted me on 8/8/25 at around closing time. Nathaniel was at the door directed me to the help I needed as soon as he could. Lliam assisted with my GSP for my Switch 2 console. He was assisted by his colleague, Matthew (not me, a different one). Both gentlemen were very helpful in assisting me to my needs. I left the store and felt like I wanted to purchase a TV from the store. Jamar didn’t hesitate to help me select a TV for my family. At checkout, Helen greeted me with kindness and friendliness. I overheard Francis volunteered to stay later and it was very clear both Helen and Francis support each other. Helen’s kindness towards her customer and team members should not go unnoticed! I had a complication after checkout with fitting to TV in my car and while I was waiting for my family to drive over, the team graciously let me stay in the store even after operation hours for my comfort. Joseph was more than willing to assist me with getting the TV into the car. Mind you, this is 30 minutes after operations. Anthony, their manager, has such an amazing team him. The people you work with can make or break your time there and it is VERY apparent these people are good people. I wish them success in whatever endeavors they pursue! Best Buy, please take care of these people!

Placed an online order, got an email saying it was ready, couldn’t find my order then found it but it was the wrong item so ended up having to cancel it

Best Buy is stealing money from people. They're selling items and not putting on display that if you return them, you will have to pay a fee. So make sure whenever you buys anything from Best Buy. Prepare yourself for when you return a item that you don't want because of a defect that's not your fault you will be paying 90 to a $100 in restocking fee. There are no signs posted anywhere.
Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves for stealing from people and not posting any signs. I would have never made the purchase. It was a horrible experience and it's like if they know what they we're doing.
