I am amazed that this location is as unprofessional as it is. I wanted to look at some car audio and simply asked if the JBLs were in stock, the young lady quickly responded "that would be car audio and I'll put you in Que" walked back to car audio and stopped a guy who was pushing a ladder by the JBLs i was interested in and he said to go up front and they will place you on Que to be helped, silly me walked up there again and the same you lady now standing to another rep "Geek Squad" and they tell me we already have you in Que to be helped...this is crazy. 2/21/25 btwn 1:15pm-2:15pm!!!

Great store with great employees.
Have to wait in line to ask a question that would take geek squad 5 seconds to answer
