I was nervous to come into this location because I had to make a marketplace return on a very expensive item and I wanted to make sure I got someone who cared and didn’t just process my return for the next person. Not only did I get someone who cared, but he was passionate about what he does very knowledgeable and was looking out for my best interest. He was patient and friendly. He took care of my return and everything I needed Plus, he got me in replacement phone and savings off of my cell bill. I couldn’t have been more happy with the team on this Sunday afternoon

After having a horrible experience at the Beavercreek store, I went to the Springfield store. My cell phone broke and I explained everything to the two managers at the Geek Squad counter, Tess and David. They were both so helpful and understanding. They retrieved my information, got me a new phone and transferred all of the apps and information from the old phone to the new one. They went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service skills. I hope that they will be recognized for their superb and exceptional customer service skills. It was a wonderful experience working with them. I will never step foot in the Beavercreek store again. The Springfield store will have all of my business from now on.
