How do I check product availability at the Springfield Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I go here to checkout products in person or find items sometimes at a better discount than online. Staff has always been curtious, helpful, and friendly without being pushy.

Entered the building and asked the employees at the front for a Bluetooth Adapter for my PC. Was told they didn’t have them there, was directed to Amazon to order one. Left building. Checked online in my car. Said it was available for pick-up at this store. Gave me the location online. Went back in and grabbed what I needed and checked-out. Overall poor customer service experience due to uninformed customer service representatives. 2 stars because the product I needed was in store.
