Wife came back home upset because the salesman was rude, condescending, unprofessional and arrogant with her. Said he told her, "why would you come here if you don't know what you need" because she didn't immediately know the edition she needed. Be careful if shopping in the Apple section at this location. I don't care if about any sale, coupons, or anything else, we will not be back to this location ever again. Very upsetting.

The staff doesn't put out pokemon cards and keeps them in back.. probably for themselves. If u have stock online put it out. Thankyou. And don't be rude to ur customers for looking. Thankyou

No possible way to call and get a hold of a person at the actual store. It's always some customer service representative at a call center. Not helpful in the slightest.
