Tried to call the store to talk to someone in customer service. Instead talked to an AI and got NO WHERE. What happed to having actual people answer the phone when people have questions?

Looks like K-mart's last days in there. It's not a huge store and yet they make it look so empty. They also put up a Flock camera on property so another reason not to visit.
If you call these guys the bad AI service redirects you to a call center in India.

On my initial visit, he proactively approached me after I had been in the store for approximately fifteen minutes, offering his support. He then guided me to the electronics department. During my second visit, when my tablet malfunctioned, he efficiently assisted me in finding a suitable replacement and introduced me to a warranty option that had not been previously offered. His dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I intend to become a loyal customer at this location.
