Angel absolutely made my day!! I had been waiting all week to purchase a kindle bundle I saw at Best Buy and when I went to get it a tech said they were out of stock. Then, Angel came by and kindly asked if we needed help since I was still standing by the display. I asked him about the bundle I was looking for and he searched for me for 10 minutes and actually found one in stock. He went back to find it for me and when he went to ring me up, we noticed it was not the price listed on the floor. He apologized and stated the price on the floor was not correct. I then went to leave pretty upset and disappointed but Angel went above and beyond and sought out a manager to look into it. Turns out, the price I thought it was, was correct and Angel sent the manager to find me so he could make sure I knew. Angel’s dedication to customer service should earn him a raise!!!!! Thank you for making my day Angel!!!

Great customer service. I bought and iPad for my 80 yr old dad and had to use geek squad for his phone. They were personable, VERY knowledgeable and so willing to help and figure things out for me.
