How do I check product availability at the Dothan Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Stood in the phone section for 30 minutes trying to buy a new unlocked phone without even being able to speak to a single employee. I left and purchased on Amazon where it was conveniently $500 cheaper.

Loved Best Buy and have used them for years. We relocated to the Dothan Al recently and this was our first ( and last) trip to this store. Previous experience in Pensacola Fl was excellent. This location just seems dreary when you enter. Much of floor space is consumed by large stacks of boxed TVs. Inventory in general is sparse. Almost no staffing visible (11:30AM). After about 10 minutes of looking for a specific item, an employee approached asking if he could help. His appearance wasn’t bad but it was significantly below that I have experienced in dozens of Best Buy areas elsewhere in other locations. After learning that what I looking for wasn’t carried any longer in store I thanked him and he simply walked away without answering. My now 30 year old son had his first job with Best Buy in Bastrop Texas. He was 16. It was a great place w excellent management and enjoyable to just drop in and look around. He learned a lot and enjoyed working there. It’s sad to see what it is now.
