One star is one to many. There should be a direct number to Best Buy locations. Tired of AI and oversees Customer Service that have no idea what you are talking about. Quit taking jobs from the US and outsourcing. Keep jobs at each location.
Overall excellent experiences here. Most recently, however was slightly below expectations when asking for help deciding between different dash cam products. I know how to look things up on their website, like the employees, using a cell phone camera and scanning. But that's all any one could offer - which was inadequate to make decisions. Too little information and lack of ability to compare features because the website didn't share information in a consistent manner and this type of product was clearly not a specialty for anyone available to assist.
I do appreciate how easy it is to snag an employee and love their customer-facing attitudes, always treating me like a human being of value!
