I bought a device that was listed in "good" condition but was missing its stand and many other accessories. Came back to the store and the store agreed to adjust the price to "fair" condition, but the staff accidentally processed a return instead of a price adjustment. Then it is a two hour long wait to reverse the return, and then I was told they couldn't lower the price.
This ordeal not only cost me two hours of my time but also voided a ~$200 cashback offer because of the return.
The store manager promised to mail me a gift card to compensate for the trouble, but it never arrived. I will not be shopping there again.
