The manager Thurston, made my day today. Whenever I buy an expensive electronic and make sure to buy it from the store for multiple reasons. Not only do you get it right away and I have to wait for it to come in the mail, but because they took care of me multiple times when other stores definitely would’ve made an excuse not to take my return and they had every right to do that, but they still made an exception took my return with no hassle and both times I was really hurting for money and I really needed to return the device. I didn’t need it anymore cause it didn’t suit my needs so it would’ve been a waste of money for a guy who couldn’t afford to waste money. In addition to all those reasons, they also have extremely competitive pricing it’s always as good as the best I can find online if not better one time I got a 55 inch TV for like 125 bucks and it’s the best TV. The best image I’ve ever seen. Today I went there with my bicycle that does not have a bike lock mainly because even if I had one, I wouldn’t lock it up outside with this type of bike people do whatever it takes to steal it and I just don’t trust leaving it outside plus a good luck just way too much and this is my mountain bike. I don’t know if it’s because Thurston recognized me and he made an exception for me if he treats every customer this way, but the associate at the front was telling me they don’t allow bicycles inside and Thurston showed up just in time to say if you can’t lock it up outside, I’ll let you walk it inside or you can’t just leave it at the front and expect the associate to watch it for you. My hero! Thank you, Thurston and thank you, Best Buy!

I bought a device that was listed in "good" condition but was missing its stand and many other accessories. Came back to the store and the store agreed to adjust the price to "fair" condition, but the staff accidentally processed a return instead of a price adjustment. Then it is a two hour long wait to reverse the return, and then I was told they couldn't lower the price. This ordeal not only cost me two hours of my time but also voided a ~$200 cashback offer because of the return. The store manager promised to mail me a gift card to compensate for the trouble, but it never arrived. I will not be shopping there again.
