Made an appointment for iPhone repair and the man who was to do it is injured instead of canceling the appointment or calling messaging emailing literally ANYTHING they let me drive an hour to wait 30 minutes to then be told to just “keep driving to the Apple Store” that would have been another hour away. No consideration and the man was completely rude when I said where I drove from he laughed and said me too - he got paid to drive there I did not. Unacceptable

Cody at Best Buy was outstanding! I was switching from Android to iPhone and had a ton of questions. I was pretty indecisive, but Cody was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through all of my options without ever making me feel rushed.
He helped me choose the perfect technology for my work, and I ended up with a brand-new iPhone and iPad that have completely changed my day-to-day experience. The transition from Android to iOS was much smoother than I expected thanks to his help.
