How do I check product availability at the Burlington Best Buy?

Not sure who made the call to not price match. Literally walked out your doors and saved $10 on a $130 item by ordering elsewhere. Great job, guys.
Edit: Staff was great but whoever made that call in upper management drank a cup of idiot juice.

If I could write this review with zero stars I would. We paid for two Samsung TV’s two weeks ago, we had a an appointment scheduled for today between 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm. It was confirmed in person at the Burlington store & also by text & email yesterday at 5:30:pm You can’t call the store directly they won’t receive ANY Calls, we have been routed to call centers in Panama. We have now Finally been told our order is lost & will be reordered to be delivered November 30th. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FRM BEST BUY!!!
