Went in for a ai follow camera.. talked to supervisor and he told me I didn't know what I was talking about... and I called him out on how rude he was and he changed his tone... and also HE had to look up what he thought he knew the answer and was nice at the end but did not apologize.. very unprofessional and very disappointed.. defently not going back again.
I purchased a smartphone to use on my Verizon account. Since it could not be activated before the purchase was complete, I did not find out until later that the phone is not compatible with my hearing aids. I consider this a defect as other phones are compatible. When I returned the phone, I had to pay a restocking fee which I felt should be waived since the item's defect could not be detected before purchase. Customer service refused to even consider waiving this fee.
Ordered online and picked up in store. In and out in 2 minutes, everyone was really nice and helpful.
Just looking around. no pressure.
