Bought a 400 dollar pair of headphones that now have an issue. Was told I was outside of the 15 day policy for returns. Well I also have a policy of not doing business with companies that screw me over. Walmart would have swapped it out for me no question. If you are worse than Walmart you should rethink how you treat customers.
They don't seem to keep the store as well stocked as it used to be. This store is always out of something i'm looking for and alot of empty shelves.
Had a great experience at Best Buy! What stood out the most was how multiple team members approached me to ask if I needed help — such a refreshing change from having to search the store looking for someone.
Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely eager to assist, whether it was about product details or checking inventory. The store was clean, well-stocked, and organized, making it easy to find what I needed.
Great customer service goes a long way, and this visit really showed that Best Buy is still doing it right. Highly recommend!
