Tried to buy my nephew a very expensive game console and left him disappointed. Talked with a BB salesman and told him exactly what we wanted from the start .. PS5 w/disc drive, two games , extra controller and stand. He said “no problem” ..got the console and controller , game and stand put it in a bag. I paid for it and took it to my nephews birthday party. He was so happy .. until he set it all up and realized Stephen sold me a digital console that doesn’t play the games he sold me with it. I then learned they never had that model in stock. They have a separate disc unit for sale you can add to it for 80 dollars. I was just informed about this evening. I know I should have read the fine print on the box before I left. But damn when you have sales people that prob work on some kinda commission based salary …selling items you don’t have to unknowing customers it’s bad business. It wasn’t a simple mistake .. there was none in stock in his department he knew that. He figured .. yeah he will come back and buy the extra piece for it. Nope I’m retuning the whole thing and will not buy anything else from your store. Thanks worst buy.
