The once great Best Buy has implemented new customer service policies that complete eliminate all the things that made dealing with returns at best buy bearable. One of the main reasons I had been a loyal customer for so long was because they were so easy to deal with. Now that that is gone so is my desire to shop at the big box store. The fall has begun.
